I agree with all three of your things.
However, some finer points on the third one - are humans animals? Can we ban those sorts of circus acts as well? So many circus performers go to absolute and extreme agony in training and development, equal to elite sportspeople, and aren't even compensated anywhere near on the same level.
That's not humane :D

That's a good point, the only thing is that humans can do that for their own choice while animals are forced to and can't choose

That is true what you said, but some humans are programmed from the start and feel they have no choice. They believe that the way they live is normal, even though it isn't. Only the intervention of another human can help free them.
That could be the case of labor child for sure
