NEWLY IMPROVED STAR RADLER BEER TASTE SO GOOD

Let me tell you about my latest obsession: the newly improved Star Radler #beer. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out on something special. Nigerian Breweries Plc really stepped up their game with this one, and I’m here for it.

Back in 2020, Star Radler Nigeria’s first beer mix, originally launched in 2015 got a major glow-up. They didn’t just tweak the recipe; they added a whole new vibe with a Red Fruits flavor alongside the classic Citrus one. The Citrus version, with its orange and lemon zing, was already a refreshing go-to, but this new Red Fruits variant? It’s a game-changer. Think strawberry and cranberry dancing with citrus—it’s tart, it’s sweet, it’s like a party in your mouth. At just 2% ABV, it’s light enough to sip all day without knocking you out, perfect for those hot Lagos afternoons or a chill evening with friends.

What I love most about the new Star Radler is how it feels like a beer and a cocktail had a baby. It’s got that crisp, fizzy beer backbone but with this fruity, almost soda-like vibe that makes it so easy to drink. The updated packaging is fire, too—vibrant blues, silvers, and pops of yellow or gold that scream “refreshing” before you even crack open the bottle. I first tried it at a friend’s barbecue, and let’s just say I wasn’t sharing my bottle. The Red Fruits flavor hit me with this smooth, tangy sweetness that made me go, “Wait, is this allowed to be this good?” 😂

I’ve heard some folks say it’s too light for die-hard #beer lovers, and yeah, if you’re all about heavy stouts, this might not be your thing. But for someone like me, who loves a drink that’s fun, flavorful, and doesn’t feel like a commitment, Star Radler is it. I’ve spotted it in supermarkets more than bars, which can be a bit of a hunt, but trust me, it’s worth tracking down. Whether you’re new to beer or just want something different, this newly improved Star Radler is like a little sip of sunshine.
