Required Ingredients.
🍀 Herring fish 5 or 6.
🍀 3 Tablespoon of Wheat flour.
🍀 2 Tablespoon of Corn Flour.
🍀 1 Teaspoon of Chilli powder.
🍀 A pinch of salt
🍀 1 Teaspoon of paper powder .
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
🍀 A little lime juice.

Method of making....
First, wash and clean the herring fish thoroughly, then cut it as shown below.

Next, add lime juice, chili powder, pepper powder, and salt to the cut herring fish, then mix well to coat evenly.

Next, place a pan on the stove and add coconut oil. Once the oil is heated, coat the prepared fish pieces with wheat flour and corn flour, then add them to the pan and fry until they turn golden brown.
