THE POWER TO CURE A DISEASE

There are several kinds of diseases that affects the health of millions of people all over the world, it is so bad that a lot of people and families have suffered tremendously because these diseases required maintenance to be able to live and sustaining a healthy lifestyle.

People spend millions of Naira or d victims of financial debts because things are so expensive that to maintain a healthy lifestyle because of a certain sickness you have to spend a lot of money.

In other words, there are several kinds of diseases such as sickle cells,HIV/Aids, Tuberculosis (TB),malaria, COVID-19 (severe form), Cholera, alzheimer's disease,Parkinson's disease, Sepsis and so on. if I have the power to cure a certain kind of disease from the many life threatening diseases that are existent, it would be a sickle cell anemia.

The reason why I chose to cure sickle cell disease is because I am touched by how these people so far on a daily basis and are always in chronic pains. There was one time I was in the hospital to see a doctor, and a patient was brought in she was so fragile and you could notice the pain all over her body.

Subsequently I got to find out that anytime she has a crisis she visits the hospital repeatedly because that is the only way she can get better. It is very disheartening how this disease disrupt their life because at many points in time they are always bedridden and in fear of losing their lives. In essence, finding a permanent cure would bring peace and normalcy to their lives.

Again, the reason why I would want to cure this sickness is because of the huge medical cost cost that victims of these deadly disease have to pay because of their repeated visits to the hospitals. It would bring about a big relief to the families and friends of those suffering these Economic and social people effect. It is so bad that to some extent some people have exhausted their savings on taking care of their health.

One thing I hate most in this life is the issue of genetics, where a particular kind of disease is being passed on from parent to child. I see it as unfair and unjust for nature to inflict such pain on an innocent child that is supposed to live his or her life in accordance with their destiny. The cure would bring about a cure that would end with the patient and not pass it on to other generations.

These are basically the reasons why I would wwant a cure for this disease because as a human I also feel their pains and the struggle they pass through. The world would be a happy place for victims again.
