REGRETS IN LIFE

As human beings, we all have regrets which is a moment that allows us to look back and think about a particular decision we could have taken that would be better for us in the present future.

In this life, we human beings have allowed many opportunities that we have brought us good luck in the future to pass us by and we tend to live with the regret for most part of our lives. For instance setting decisions can include vows, promises, career opportunities or financial opportunities that slide by us.

In this life, one thing I have come to realize is that nobody is perfect hence with him to make mistakes that bring about regrets but in the end we just have to find light at the end of the tunnel instead they regrets we would experience will eat up the better part of us and make us more opportunities.

In essence what I am trying to say is that as a student who wants to go for a particular course but because of lack of connections or financial stability from either the parents or the guidance he or she has to settle for less. I know some people who are still regretting that they are not in the medical field but rather are in something they did not plan for. Imagine planning to be a medical doctor and because of financial instability you had to settle for Economics or guidance counselling the regret would be huge no doubt.

One of my regrets in this life that although I have moved on from would be Acting against your values. As a Nigerian, there are a lot of things that happens in the country that will test you and as nobody is perfect you will do for for one or two of these vice.

We all are humans, and I'm sure we've all had a moment or a time that made us cringe when we look or think back. It might be a decision that we made, a vow, a promise, a word that was said, or an opportunity that passed us by.
