NEGATIVE AND POSITIVE FIRST IMPRESSION

When we meet people for the first time or resume a duty in a company or Organization for the first time the atmosphere tend to be different. This is where the term "first impression" comes in and is worthy to Note that seeing a person for the first time and judging their character can be misleading because what we see at the first instance is shaped by the environment and the people we Encounter.

This includes mood, appearance and characters because when we encounter people for the first time they do not portray their true or real characters at a first glance. Everybody can be nice to you at the first instance but when you become acquainted or familiar with them they show their True Colors or character.

Nonetheless, first impression truly matters in wherever you find yourself because it can determine the way people address you or approach you. For instance, when I first got to this new environment that I found myself in, I make sure to leave a positive first impression by being polite, dressing properly and decently so that I would leave a good mark in these aspects.

Doing these does not mean that the person has to relegate his or herself to the background but when people see you for the first time dressed decently and neatly it has a way of shutting up their mouth at negative comments.

Not everyone can put this off because there are people who cannot hide their true characters no matter where they find themselves. I have encountered someone who just resumed work on a particular day and she ended up quarreling with at least three of the Staffs in that facility. This brought about a negative first impression because people termed her as rude because of the unpleasant first experience they had with her.

In conclusion, first impression truly matters wherever will find ourselves be schools, career, meetings, even in the market. In everything just try to be yourself in whatever situation you find yourself and people will definitely adjust to your true self and character.
