HEALTHY ATTACHMENT RATHER THAN POSITIVE ADDICTION

Is there really something like good addiction, are we sure that it is not this addiction that becomes something we cannot control in the long run. Instead of calling it a positive addiction I would love to see it as a better way to live healthy and to consistently improve our life in different methods. The word addiction just seems off but for the purpose of this prompt I would love to explain the various ways that doing some things in healthy manner can go a long way to improve your well-being.

In this case, positive addiction can mean building meaningful relationships with people family or Friends, learning to become a better person in the present world or in the future, exercising so as to be healthy and to keep Fit, excelling in your career path, turning vegetarian so as to avoid the hospital and to be healthy, consistently leaving your life in a manner that pleases you.

While I would love to turn it as a healthy attachment is because we all know addiction to be something that is negative such that it has been used to classify vices like hard drugs, sexual excapades, killing, stealing etc. The thing about addiction is that it is not a good thing because when you say you are addicted to something it means that thing has the power to control you as a per and you could feel lost with it.

For instance, people who are addicted to drug at first can say that they were positively drawn to it because it can make them forget their worries and depression at that moment. However something that is supposed to help them at that moment becomes a thing that they cannot relegate to the background but keep coming back to. The fact that they have been deeply invested in this compulsive behavior has made a difficult for them to take their hands of its.

In conclusion, it is worthy to Note that even healthy attachments can become a problem if you do too much. Take for instance, workaholics did not just happen in a day but it is something that happened when you become obsessed with working hard to achieve your life goes that you forget about other important and necessary aspects of life.
