Seeing breweries falsely claiming to brew a Pilnser is a huge pain lately. No Pilsner shall ever contain corn... Why do they do so?

I believe there are brands that maintain a false image, just to maintain the brand. Misleading advertising. Nowadays, some beers have appeared here that boast of premium ingredients, but it's just to increase the market price. We consumers are the ones being deceived. Thanks for your comment, regards

Then I guess we might as well warn consumers from being deceived here in #beersaturday :) As we know what the genuinely good brews are :)
