Ladies Of Hive Community Contest #253-Survival.

Greetings everyone! I am @gladys23 and I welcome you all to my blog. This is my first entry post to this Amazing community and i feel so happy to be here. I'm grateful to the Amazing Admins of this community for the opportunity.
Coming across this question "how long do you think you would last in survivor man type situation?" Made me to pause with deep thought. You can never know how difficult the situation is until you find yourself in such.

If I ever find myself in a survivor man type situation, it will be hard for me to survive but in all I will try my possible best to survive.
Surviving in the wild is not about strength but determination, adaptability and the will to keep moving when things get tough. I know that I might struggle in the beginning because am used to my comfort zone, I don't feel comfortable outside my comfort zone and I'm the type that easily get irritated especially by creeping animals, but my determination to endure and to survive will keep me going.

I have always been curious about nature and how people survive with very little resources. I know some people will say they will survive perfectly well, but you can never know how tough a situation is until you find yourself in such situation.
But if I ever find myself in such situation which i know that it will be very hard for me, the first thing I will do is to observe my environment, look for shelter, at least with shelter I will be able to protect myself from harsh weather, rain and wild animals.

Secondly, I will look for resources such as water, because water is life and I know with water i will get energy to continue with my search for food. The most important thing i must do after i have achieved the first and second thing which is shelter and water, is to find a way to set fire, i will look for woods and try to set fire because i can't even stay one minute in dark room talk more of staying in a dark forest. At least the fire will serve as warmth and scare wild animals away from me.

So how long do i think i will last?
I cannot really specify how long i can last in a survival type of situation, but i am sure i will try my best if only i can find shelter, water and food that i can survive with.

However, survival life is not for me because i am the type that want everything I need to be available and within my reach. So i would say I don't think i can last longer in this type of situation, but if I find myself in such situation, all I need to do is to adapt and look for what will sustain me because I know i have to survive.
