I am a person who has the willpower to do my diets but, sometimes when I wake up at night and have anxiety, I proceed to fail myself. So, I take a bite of food, whatever I find in the fridge, whether it's dessert, carbohydrate or some food prohibited in my diet.
Of course, I never say I did that overnight, I just proceed to continue my diet regimen during the day; Just as if he had done nothing wrong.
I am very sad to admit in front of my family that I have broken that rule to lose weight, "not eating at night."
