Monomad - Bajo el sol del mediodía / Under the midday sun [SPA - ENG]

Saludos hivers. Me gusta la hora del mediodía cuando el sol está en su máxima potencia y el cielo totalmente despejado, en el ambiente hay cierta quietud, muy propia de la hora del almuerzo y el reposo que le sigue. Por supuesto que no siempre el clima está así, aunque sí he notado que la quietud de esa hora del día suele ser casi un patrón repetitivo. Un día de esos en los que ambas cosas sucedieron tuve que subir a la terraza del edificio a recoger unas cosas que había dejado, después de terminar, me senté un rato a descansar, tomar agua y disfrutar del silencio, ahí me dí cuenta que en una de las macetas habían crecido plantas invasoras y había muchas ramas secas, en pocas palabras, había que podar y limpiar, sin embargo, dejé esa tarea para otro día ya que me gustó la forma como todo eso se veía, con los colores saturados gracias al sol y al calor que estaba haciendo, lo que se me ocurrió fue hacer unas fotos jajaja, después de revisarlas bien me gustó cómo se veían en blanco y negro y aquí las comparto.

Hello hivers. I like midday when the sun is at its peak and the sky is completely clear. There's a certain stillness in the air, very typical of lunchtime and the short rest that follows. Of course, the weather isn't always like this, although I've noticed that the stillness at that time of day tends to be almost a repetitive pattern. One of those days when both things happened, I had to go up to the building's terrace to pick up some things I had left behind. After finishing, I sat down for a while to rest, drink water, and enjoy the silence. There I noticed that invasive plants had grown in one of the pots and there were many dry branches. In short, it needed pruning and cleaning. However, I left that task for another day since I liked the way all of that looked, with the colors saturated thanks to the sun and the heat that was making. What occurred to me was to take some photos, hahaha. After reviewing them carefully, I liked how they looked in black and white, and here they are.

Soy apenas una aprendiz en este formato así que mas que seguir especificaciones técnicas, me estoy dejando guiar por el instinto. El efecto de intensidad y saturación que se produce sobre los objetos y paisajes cuando el sol está en su máximo esplendor, es algo que he notado que va muy bien con las imágenes al momento de procesarlas en blanco y negro, y es por eso que estas me gustaron y me parecieron interesantes, al menos a mí 😁.

I'm just a beginner in this format, so rather than following technical specifications, I'm letting my instinct guide me. The intensity and saturation effect that occurs on objects and landscapes when the sun is at its brightest is something I've noticed works very well with images when processing them in black and white, and that's why I liked these and found them interesting, at least to me 😁.

El sol sigue avanzando hacia el oeste, lo que hace que la sombra que me protegía se vaya haciendo más grande, el calor se intensifica, la quietud aún se siente en la ciudad, ya hice mis fotos así que me voy. The sun continues to move west, making the shadow that protected me grow longer. The heat intensifies. The stillness of the city still lingers. I've taken my photos, so I'm leaving.
