Wallpapers from the Isle of Spires island.

Before fully exploring the Isle of Spires, I focused on capturing its breathtaking scenery. From painterly sunsets and peaceful shorelines to ruins, waterfalls, and a submerged Tallneck, the island offered endless wallpaper-worthy moments that blended calm beauty with a sense of loss.
And I'm sharing them for the Wallpaper Worth Pictures.

Before I set course for the Isle of Spires, I had to capture this moment. There is the boat I used to cross the Great Ocean, sitting against a horizon that honestly looks like a painting. It is such a beautiful view, I think this one would be a perfect addition to a wallpaper collection.

I finally reached the island just as the sun began to dip below the horizon. Aloy hopped off the boat and stood on the shore. There is something so peaceful about the way the sunset hits the sand in this game; it looks incredibly cool.

This specific part of the island really grabbed my attention. I found a natural frame within the ruins that allowed me to see the vibrant, colorful sunset sky perfectly. The oranges were so vivid that I had to stop for a few minutes just to take it all in.

I followed the colors of the sky and reached another section of the coast where I let Aloy relax for a moment with this body pose.

To get a better look at the scale of the island, I climbed up the remains of an old building. From the top, I could see the vast, endless ocean and several more ruins that have been completely swallowed by the rising tides over the centuries.

While I was searching for Alva, I stumbled upon the first waterfalls I have seen on this island. The sound of the water crashing against the rusted metal and ancient stone was a nice break from the mechanical hums of the machines.

I spotted a surveillance drone circling nearby, so I scaled one of the tallest buildings in the area. I wanted to get high enough to jump onto the drone and download its data. Looking out from that height, you can really see how these massive skyscrapers once dominated the skyline.

I caught another glimpse of the fading sun. The way the coconut trees leaned into the frame added a special kind of charm to the shot. It felt more like a tropical paradise than a post-apocalyptic ruin for a moment.

I started heading toward the other side of the island to check on a Tallneck when I was hit with another amazing vista. The island just keeps on giving when it comes to scenery.

I came across a crumbling bridge where I could see some wrecked vehicles scattered in the distance. To make sure they were visible and clear in the photo, I used the photo mode to tweak the time of day, bringing out the textures of the rusted metal.

I eventually reached a wide beach where the ocean waves were rolling in with quite a bit of force. I decided Aloy deserved a break, so I let her sit on the sand for a while to just enjoy the rhythm of the water and the fresh sea air.

Finally, I reached the Tallneck I was looking for. It is currently submerged in the ocean, looking like a sleeping giant beneath the waves. It is a sad sight to see such a majestic machine stuck like that.
I am actually planning a separate post to show exactly what happened to it and the steps I'd take to try and save it.
The next post will be coming soon. Screenshots are my take from the game and I took the game logo that I used on the thumbnail picture from online.
SEE YOU.

The island looks stunning and these views are breathtaking. I loved how each shot balanced peace with a sense of loss.
Will you share the Tallneck rescue story soon?
