Всем привет!	Hello everyone!
В Свято-Преображенском монастыре в Муроме я побывала во время круиза по Оке. Небольшой зоопарк, в котором были в основном птицы, я рассматривала с большим интересом. Я уже показывала птиц оттуда. Большей частью, это домашние птицы: куры разных пород, индюки.	I visited the Holy Transfiguration Monastery in Murom during a cruise along the Oka. I looked at the small zoo, which was mostly filled with birds, with great interest. I have already shown the birds from there. Mostly, these were domestic birds: chickens of different breeds, turkeys.
Но самый большой вольер был отведен индийским павлинам.	But the largest enclosure was reserved for Indian peacocks.
Когда я там была, в вольере отдыхали 6 крупных павлинов.	When I was there, 6 large peacocks were resting in the enclosure.
Странно, что табличка с надписью «Павлин индийский» была поломана и на заднем плане. На переднем плане красовалась табличка «Фазаны». Но ни одного фазана, к сожалению, видно не было.	It is strange that the sign with the inscription "Indian Peacock" was broken and in the background. In the foreground there was a sign "Pheasants". But, unfortunately, not a single pheasant was visible.

Конечно, больше всего привлекал внимание павлин с огромным хвостом. Он сидел на возвышении, а хвост свешивался до самой земли. Павлины дремали, отдыхали, никто не раскрывал свои великолепные хвосты. Но даже в сложенном виде вот этот большой хвост смотрелся очень красиво. А ещё мне очень понравился глубокий синий цвет, в который окрашены перья на груди самцов.	Of course, the peacock with a huge tail attracted the most attention. He was sitting on a dais, and his tail hung down to the ground. The peacocks were dozing, resting, no one was spreading their magnificent tails. But even folded, this big tail looked very beautiful. And I also really liked the deep blue color of the feathers on the chest of the males.

Немного почитала об истории. Зоопарк в этом монастыре был давно. Идея создать на территории монастыря нечто вроде зоопарка принадлежала первому архимандриту монастыря Кириллу, ныне покинувшему этот мир.	I read a little about the history. There was a zoo in this monastery for a long time. The idea to create something like a zoo on the territory of the monastery belonged to the first archimandrite of the monastery, Kirill, who has now left this world.
Но в декабре 2012 года случился пожар. Удалось спасти лишь несколько животных. Почти все погибли.	But in December 2012, there was a fire. Only a few animals were saved. Almost all died.
С божьей помощью монахи начали возрождать зоопарк. Упор был сделан именно на птиц.	With God's help, the monks began to revive the zoo. The emphasis was placed on birds.
Прочла, что павлинов монастырю подарили.	I read that the peacocks were donated to the monastery.
В Муроме нет своего городского зоопарка. Родители с детьми приходят в монастырь, чтобы увидеть разных птиц, овечек и ослика.	Murom does not have its own city zoo. Parents with children come to the monastery to see different birds, sheep and a donkey.
Я была там в 2019 году. Довольно много интересных птиц. Я рассказала ещё не о всех.	I was there in 2019. Quite a few interesting birds. I have not told you about all of them yet.
