Slab method joining in ceramics is actually one of the major way of doing an art piece in ceramics even in sculpture;but mostly in ceramics,it involves the patient and calmness when starting its process, slab method has been done in many ways to give an artwork a beautiful expression of a pieces because if built properly ;the artist will definitely achieve a great master pieces at the end of the work.
However this work requires a alots of smoothening with pottery tools e.g spatula to bring it out the shape and perfecting the work;it can't be rushed at all;stage one of the work.
