Pls can you explain a little about the part you said introduce yourself tag should only be used once. I don't really understand it

Simple, the #introduceyourself and introduction tags are meant for the brand new Hivean coming in who needs to introduce themselves to the Hive blockchain, they need exposure and that helps them.
Other content does not belong in the introduce yourself community, meaning after you make an introduction, then you need to move on heading upwards lol.
