He Agreed To Declutter.

Good day everyone, welcome to my blog.

People around me know me for one thing, I can be forgetful especially when I have a lot of things going on at the same time, I dislike looking for things so to avoid the stress of having to look for things I make sure I organize my space.

In the kitchen, I have different containers for different things and different spices, different herbs and other condiments. Same thing in my bedroom I have different bags and containers for different things from shoe polish to earnings and others and u make sure to declutter my space from time to time.

Not because I am organized but just because I do a lot at the same time and I do not want to add the stress of looking for things to my already stressed agenda. On the contrary, I am married to a man who can keep things for years even after he has outgrown it or it has become old.

Before now, he used to have tons of unused and old shoes and jeans. It got to a point , I had to pack them away from his wardrobe and wrap them up in big black nylons. Almost at the end of the last year he made mention of clearing our space and I pointed at his unused jeans and shoes. He checked through them and told me to keep them to be sorted later.

After a lot of persuasion, he agreed to declutter all of them but he told me to do it when he would not be there then it occurred to me that he was finding it difficult to let go of the items. I dashed some out and burned some of the items giving us more space in the room.

When he got back he liked the fact that we have more space and he promised to use the space for our personal library. Good thing he finally agreed to declutter.
