En el mes de abril de este año me contactaron del @campamentoconexion para participar en la banda musical y escribir una canción que hablara del tema principal “LA META” .

In April of this year I was contacted by @campamentoconexion to participate in the musical band and write a song about the main theme "THE GOAL".

Este campamento es para jóvenes y familia en general, ya es el tercer año que lo hacen en la fecha de semana santa desde diferentes partes del país para buscar de Dios, y en está oportunidad fue basado en el versículo Filipenses 3:14 “prosigo a la meta, al premio del supremo llamamiento de Dios en Cristo Jesús” , y fue un buen momento para recordar y enfocarnos en cuál es nuestra meta de vida ?

This camp is for young people and family in general, it is already the third year that they do it on the date of holy week from different parts of the country to seek God, and this time it was based on the verse Philippians 3:14 "I press toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus". and it was a good time to remember and focus on what is our goal in life?

Y así Dios usó esa frase “LA META” para despertar en mí una melodía con fuerza pero súper sencilla de cantar y recordar , que diera directo al punto del corazón y del alma , que nos centre en lo verdaderamente importante, y para los que creemos tiene un nombre sobre todo nombre JESÚS .

And so God used that phrase "THE GOAL" to awaken in me a melody with strength but super simple to sing and remember, that hit straight to the point of the heart and soul, to focus us on what is truly important, and for those who believe has a name above all name JESUS.

Es cierto que en esta vida tenemos muchas metas personales , estudiantiles, laborales , familiares y hasta ministeriales que pueden tener la mejor intención, pero desviados del propósito principal que es tener una relación personal y directa con Jesús como nuestro salvador , pueden extraviarnos del verdadero propósito.

It is true that in this life we have many personal, student, work, family and even ministerial goals that may have the best intentions, but diverted from the main purpose which is to have a personal and direct relationship with Jesus as our savior, can lead us astray from the true purpose.

Recordar que Dios mismo nos ha llamado, es entender que no se trata de nuestras fuerzas para alcanzar algo que sólo Dios nos puede dar. Y es esa paz de seguir hacia la meta que es JESÚS , hacer su voluntad se vuelve en un ciclo, desde el origen hasta el final de nuestros días .

To remember that God himself has called us, is to understand that it is not about our strength to achieve something that only God can give us. And it is that peace of following towards the goal that is JESUS, to do his will becomes a cycle, from the beginning to the end of our days.

Para algunos la meta ya llegó pues ya están durmiendo en los brazos de Dios , pero para los que seguimos aquí seguimos avanzando y caminando hacia lo eterno , hacia lo que no se ve pero se puede sentir y vivir .

For some the goal has already arrived because they are already sleeping in the arms of God, but for those of us who are still here we continue to advance and walk towards the eternal, towards what is not seen but can be felt and lived.

Cuando pongo mis sueños y mis anhelos en Jesús como la meta, todo tiene sentido , aún cuando no llega lo que queremos o como queremos , no dejamos de avanzar pues tenemos claro cuál es el principal objetivo, JESÚS .

When I put my dreams and my desires in Jesus as the goal , everything makes sense , even when it does not come what we want or how we want , we do not stop moving forward because we have clear what is the main objective , JESUS .

Esta canción la cantamos por primera vez n el campamento, en vivo y direxto junto a toda la banda y quiero regalártela , podrás escuchar el coro de más de 200 personas diciendo LA META ERES TU JESÚS, así lo soñé cuando la escribí por primera vez .

We sang this song for the first time in the camp, live and direct with the whole band and I want to give it to you, you can hear the chorus of more than 200 people saying THE GOAL IS YOUR JESUS, so I dreamed when I wrote it for the first time.
