Lost in the beauty of Tsushima.
You will never regret exploring different areas in the Ghost of Tsushima game. I was riding my horse around. I found a new place on the map. The place is actually a seaside, which is located next to Salt Wind Estate. To get to the seaside, I have to cross this jungle. Before entering the jungle, I took some photos.
I captured these two forest photos from the same angle, but during different weather conditions. The first one was taken on a rainy day. I chose black and white for the color gradient because it fits the mood. Rainy weather often feels deep and quiet, and the black-and-white tone helps to create more of that gloomy feeling. Later, I took another photo from the same spot and changed the weather to autumn. I added butterflies to the photo, as they naturally suit the forest environment. At first, the butterflies were too many, so I lowered their intensity to 30%, which made the image look better and more balanced. The light of the sun shining through the trees added a peaceful and calm feeling to the photo. Both images show how the same place can feel so different depending on the season and weather.
This photo captures a powerful moment in the forest, where I was riding my horse, running fastly through the forest. The light from the sun shines through the trees, creating soft rays and the rays were creating long shadows of trees across the ground. The green environment of the jungle and the pose of the horse mid-jump give the feeling of energy and life. To balance between light and shadow, I reduced the exposure and added an autumn filter, which makes it very pleasing to look at. This photo could be a perfect wallpaper. It gives a sense of freedom and strength.
The jungle path was endless. The rain had stopped but the sky was still covered with clouds. Every now and then, lightning flashed in the sky and a strong wind was blowing. All these changes like clouds in the sky, fast wind blowing, were possible by using the photomood of the game. Then I changed the filter to B/W, As I told you before, B/W fits this kind of weather.
I took the photo of these flowers because it looked like a peaceful and beautiful forest scene with many flowers gently covering a grassy hillside. Tall green trees surround the area, and the sky above is dark and cloudy, hinting that rain might be coming soon. The environment was quiet and calm, the moment before a storm.
Finally, I reached the seaside beside the Salt Wind Estate. The view was outstanding and terribly beautiful from there. The waves of the sea were crashing onto the shore one after another, creating charming sound.
While exploring the coastline, I saw a tiny island in the middle of the ocean. It was small, but there was something truly special about it. The island had a peaceful charm, with a single small tree standing proudly in the center, adding to its beauty and making it look like something from a postcard. The waves kept crashing gently against its edges, one after another, creating a soothing rhythm that made the scene even more magical. I wanted to capture this moment, but getting the perfect photo wasn’t easy. The island was far from where I stood, so I had to increase the focal length of my camera lens to zoom in and focus properly. It was worth every effort.
Just before a storm, I captured this calm yet dramatic photo by the sea. Dark clouds roll across the sky, covering the sunlight and creating a moody and mysterious atmosphere. A small beach with patches of sand and rocks curves along the left, while larger rocks stand firm in the foreground. The air is heavy, and everything appears to freeze, as if nature is holding its breath before the rain begins to fall.
After that, I moved forward to look into a new spot for photography. And found a high cliff just beside the shore. I was standing at the edge of the cliff, surveying the expansive landscape ahead. The weather was cloudy but using the photomood, I changed the weather to clear so that I could get the proper view of the grove of golden-leaved trees, the ocean, and the tall pagoda-style structure that stands on a cliff across the bay. Isn't it a perfect wallpaper worth photo?
