Save The Straw Hat Ronin Soldiers...

In my last blog, I shared my first experience using the new tool that is called kaginawa, made by the best blacksmith in Tushima, Taka. The tool is really amazing. The more I am using it, the more a fan of it I become. Very easily, I climbed the hill from back to secretly reach the fort to execute the plan of saving the straw hat ronin soldiers first and then counter attack.

From the side I entered the fort, there was a watch tower, guarded by an archer. As you can see, I used the hook to make a long jump from the cliff to the watch tower and killed him from behind. It was so satisfying.

While coming down quietly from the tower, I saw another enemy standing there. I went behind him and cut his throat with my katana. Blood spread everywhere. There was no other choice. The Mongols are cruel, and they must be stopped, no matter what, to save my land and people.

I explored the entire fort carefully. I paid attention to where and how many Mongol soldiers were standing. There were not many soldiers inside. After observing everything, I realized that I could free Ryuzo’s friends easily without facing too much trouble.

The Ronin men were divided into three separate groups. This was the first group. There were only three soldiers on the ground and one on the tower above. I had to take out the three below first, quickly and silently, before they could react or alert the others.

I was hiding in the long grass when one of the three soldiers moved closer. I saw my chance and silently cut his throat with my katana. The other two felt something wrong and came forward but couldn’t see me. Using the moment, I killed them both quickly with chain assassination.

Out of the nine prisoners, I rescued three from this area. The remaining six were inside, but there were many more soldiers there. Before going inside, I took care of the archer on the tower. I killed him quietly so he couldn’t raise any alarm or cause trouble later.

The fight became more intense when I started facing the main force. Still, I relied mostly on stealth. I jumped from rocks, attacked from behind, and stabbed their throats quietly. Using different styles and movements, I kept killing the Mongol soldiers one by one without giving them time to react.

There were many soldiers, but I had many techniques. The most effective ghost weapon was the kunai. When I threw it, three enemies got stunned instantly. Then killing them became easy because they couldn’t attack or defend. Whenever Mongol soldiers surrounded me, I used the kunai to escape and fight back.

All the Ronin prisoners had been rescued, but the exit was still blocked. The main gate was filled with Mongol soldiers. The only way to escape from here was to kill them all. If I could take them out, only then would leaving this place be possible.
