The best Christmas present I've ever received was a laptop. Imagine: I'm a writer.

So, beyond the laptop as an object, I was given a means to earn a living; I was given a tool for my work. With it, I've been able to support my children and my home.
That has been the best Christmas present so far.

The most memorable and most wonderful gift I ever received was a song, actually a poem, written shortly after the beginning of our love relationship, somewhere around New Year that year :). When I say the most memorable, I also mean that I immediately remembered it to recite it. It has 6 stanzas because it is written as an acrostic where each stanza begins with a letter from the name and mine has 6, Bojana. 🥰

The best Christmas gift I've ever received is my current family.

I grew up in a family where Christmas was never celebrated. My mom and dad (when my dad was still around) went to bed early; they didn't even wait until midnight on New Year's Eve.

However, with my current family (my wife and our two children), we play, have dinner, and have lots of fun until the new year.

And not only that. We also celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and we give the children gifts both on Christmas and Three Kings' Day.

But the best thing of all is that I've never spent a Christmas celebration alone again. Laughter and games: joy is what we have in abundance to share.

While working in school, on the eve of Christmas, we have a gift giving ceremony to an unknown colleague of ours. And I was happy to receive the most excited gift from a colleague of mine. The gift being a saree (an Indian drape) of my favourite colour olive green. Something I wished in my heart and finally got it.

The best Christmas present I received was the news that I was going to have a son.

Only those who know me know how much I wanted it, and well, everyone knows the happiness this news brings, especially when it's a child so longed for and awaited.

The best Christmas gift I've ever received was from my wife when she brought us all to Spain. Since then, we've spent every Christmas here in Pamplona, ​​where the Christmas celebrations are incredible. Coming to Spain, emigrating, has been the hardest thing and, at the same time, the best thing for our lives.

I think the best gift in my life is a handwatch given by my little sister. Not so expensive but it's one of my favourites.

I don't remember the age, but I do know I said I wanted to be a doctor, perhaps because of the family's influence, where doctors of all specialties abounded.

Therefore, my parents, on one Christmas, took me for a walk in the shops and noticed how my eyes sparkled when I saw a chemistry set and a beautiful children's microscope.

Well, when Santa arrived, that fat guy brought me the microscope and the chemistry set. Those were days when I loved those gifts that impacted me so much. I couldn't believe Santa knew what I wanted. It was something magical that still makes me smile.

Por lo tanto, mis padres en una Navidad me llevaron a pasear por las tiendas y notaron en mí cómo mis ojos brillaron cuando vi un juego de química y un hermoso microscopio para niños.
Pues cuando llegó Santa, el gordo ese, me trajo el microscopio y el juego de química. Fueron días en los que amé esos regalos que tanto me impactaron. No podía creer que Santa supiera lo que yo deseaba. Fue algo mágico que todavía me hace sonreír.

I never received many material things, but I did receive love and the good fortune of having a beautiful family; I think that was my best gift.

The best gift I've ever received is the legacy my mother gave me of how and why Christmas is celebrated. Without that, it lacks its true meaning and would simply become another gathering. I can't really remember receiving any gift from anyone during the Christmas season. The one I have ever received was on my birthday, which I never expected.

My most memorable gift was given to me by God. For many years I tried to get pregnant, but unfortunately it didn't happen. Then, at the age of 40, I got pregnant and it was the most wonderful news I ever received. When my daughter was born and I held her in my arms, I thanked God for this long-awaited and beautiful gift he had given me. That is my most memorable gift, a precious and beautiful girl, just like her mother. 😍

One of the gifts I remember the most and that meant more to me than anything else was given to me many years ago, but not for Christmas. It was an iPod. I have never, even when I had "extra" money, bought trendy things. But it's not about the trend or the price. I love music, and I got an iPod from a cousin I haven't seen in years. Plus, it was metallic red. Unfortunately, a few months later my ex "appropriated" it and then sold it.

My most memorable gift is one I've shared several times, but it doesn't hurt to repeat it. I think it was about four years ago when one afternoon I checked my Hive wallet and found 200 HBD, which my friend @felixxx had transferred to me. Seeing that my photos weren't the best, he gave me this gift so I could buy a cell phone with a better camera and earn better rewards. In my country they were hard to find, so having Alice in Wonderland, 20000 Leagues Under the Sea, and The Call of the Wild felt like a treasure.
