Weekend Engagement Week #257/Eat Healthy And Live better
Good day my friends of Weekend Engagement in weekend experience, how is your weekend going out there? Sure you are engaged in one good thing or your weekend assignment here hahaha, i wish you well in your weekend endeavors, also imay use this medium to thank @galenkp for this beautiful opportunity given to us, is not easy, do you that sometimes am confused of what to write, but when i remember that the weekend is near, am so excited even though am doing little, thank you once again
PHYSICAL HEALTHY TIPS FOR A BETTER LIFE
(1) Eating healthy and little exercise as well, because if you just focus on eating without giving your body some little exercise the better health we looking for through eating healthy will not be complete so our body needs it
Eating healthy is living healthy, when we eat healthy, sickness is far away us, eating those food that nourishes our body and also improves life, foods that are balance diets with more of vegetables, fruits, proteins and whole grains
(2) Staying Hydrated: water is life, l like to drink plenty of water throughout the day, water has a lot of benefit in our body, it helps the food in our system to digest well and we are able to pass it out fast as waste
(3). Having good and adequate sleep, at least 7- 9 hours quality sleep per night, sometimes i hear people complained they finds it difficult to sleep and i wonder why, and most times they appear healthy not until they tell you what they are going through, some of them have developed high blood pressure, hotness of the body and so on, so to have a better life one needs adequate and quality sleep
BEHAVIORAL TIPS FOR A BETTER LIFE
(1) Paying attention to the present moment: i.e being mindful of things happening around you, staying active or getting awasre of the happenings in the our environment, some people live i don't care life which is most times dangerous, they don't know when is "time to stay in and time to stay out" though just a proverb, especially in time of danger.
(2) Being generous:I love giving that which i have to those who don't have, i love helping people and to me, it add more life into my life, it gives me inner joy mostly when i see that the is finally out from him or her problem, and i was the one who helped them out, i derive joy helping that's why i don't help half help, i would like to follow up even is not money i give i like to give i like to help, it can be food anything good i can afford.
(3) Connecting with other people: l like to have good relationship with people, l don't like offending people, it hots me in my conscience when am the one wrong, i will always look for how to reconcile with, to the extent some friends say to me, you want to answer a better person, well not when l am wrong, well you can call it anything, if i have not free my conscience l can't be myself. I love friends, that's why anytime am moody, l have people l call and laugh it over or i can even go or call the person to come if they are free, we just talk and laugh, that's to a better life.
