Weekend Engagement #277 : All about my weekend

Very interesting weekend i have here, it all started yesterday evening and as a woman in the house that's part of my responsibilities making sure there's food in the house by going to get them from the market

Yeah i left the house around 3 pm to Ariara market go get some food suff, because i needed to prepare my stew that same evening

Not quite long, i came back with these items, rested for some minutes then dives into cooking my stew with the fresh meat, fresh tomatoes ,fresh pepper and roasted fish, with other ingredients already in the house

And because i was busy cooking my stew i couldn't go out with hubby, he brought this for me as he came back and this is called Isi Egwu ( goat head) i ate it immediately after cooking my stew, and i like it

This morning I fried part of this for breakfast and we used it with pap ( corn oat) before i went into laundry

For me the weekend is always busy hours in the house because i have to do some of the things i never had chance to do during the days because of office work

As soon as i finished washing, and i got ready to go visit a friend that gave birth, i have been planning on how to make out time to go see them and as i was just rejoicing for the opportunity that came out today, immediately look at this heavy rain oh my goodness today again? I pray this rain doesn't stop this visit today, let me wait if it stops fine and if not that will be for next weekend
