Stepping out from my comfort zone I Don't remain There

Am leaving my comfort zone, as you can see every individual have their different comfort zone your's might not be the same as mine just as my church remains my comfort zone
another person can chose bars, beech, school another just being with friends chatting out their problems

A comfort place is where we find relaxation and forget about our problems for the moment, that place where we are less stressed and anxiety free, emotionally safe and without rejectioon that is why i say my church is my comfort place where i find peace and total joy after hearing the preaching and dancing to my God i feel very light, happy and forget about every worries

My home does not really give me that, at home there are kind of stress every where, mummy this mummy that very difficult to keep away from them or to find free time with lasting unless in the night when am sleeping and for me that alone is not enough comfort

Though we're not supposed to continually remain in our comfort place that is why from time to time we are supposed get out of our comfort place into stressful place in order for us not to kill our dreams and potential

Most people there comfort place has made them lazy that they have refused to find reasonable things to do or work that will bring stress to them while others because there formal work which does not stress them stopped they have refused to do that particular one that will give them stress knowing fully well that the stress is not permanent

Fear of uncertainty or stress has actually make some people to remain in their comfort place and not to move out of from their comfort place to a stressful place haha

But when you finally gets out of it you try new things, visit places and gain new experiences and more confident on how to handle failure and by this you will organise yourself by setting goals and making plans on how to achieve and make them work by knowing which steps to follow
