LOH #255 : Repair To My Choice VS Ready And Fast Small House

Going for second option can be as a result of impatient on some people, but for me i go for the big and beautiful house, i will wait for the repair and remodeling to take place

Since i will buy it in a lower price, i will still have change to repair and bring the house to a model of my choice, so instead of going for the small, not beautiful as the previous, price higher i will rather go for the big and beautiful house

Not long ago hubby wanted to buy a building on a good site with space, after contacted agents and people he knows in case they come across such building for sale, you know how agents do things for their own interests first, trying to convince and push you against your choice by showing you another house outside what you told them earlier

On the process two houses came out and we went to check and getting there one was just stone a throw to the other, both on the main road, good a thing then going inside the buildings one is a duplex, very beautiful, still new, no parking space, price high infact build under land management, they told us the owner lives abroad, is a private house i don't know why he decided to sale it, maybe because of the space i complained about, of course he was not in town when they assisted him to build it

But the second house is exactly what we had in mind, on a good site, enough space in and out, for commercial purpose, price low but not as beautiful and new like the previous one

But to my greatest surprise when hubby saw the first beautiful one without space and more of private because we have the thought of living there for sometimes, he started thinking of changing his mind to buy it but when i reminded him again our purpose of buying in case he forgot he had no choice than going for the second house

Though after buying the house it coast us extra money and time to change so many things to our taste, in the building including the remodeling because it has a lot of space, the engineer was able to manipulate it into a new building, oh is a specious house now and we are enjoying the benefits today

The repair and remodeling took place the same time as we exercise patient and waited for the completion of it and considering the whole money spent for both buying and repairs, almost the same with the small without space, fast and ready house, so am grateful we had what we needed and it didn't take two months after the purchase, government came and repair the road, put street lights and the price of the place increased times two and we are glad

So always go for what you need once you have the money and if it not ready yet wait for it

Despite the time and effort one puts while on the wait, patience will always pay. It's nice you stuck with your original plan of buying a spacious house even if it meant spending extra money to put it in good condition.
Imagine if you had gone for the first house, you'd have been complaining by now and would even be making plans to move to another location.

Oh I would have regretted everything not just that is costly, no space, speeding so much money on what will not give me comfort that is would have been foolishness out of impatient. Thank you

It's important that we focus on our goal and why we choose our home or else we can get lulled into buying something no truly suited for us and that the Realtor would make more money from the sale.
