If I could have a second chance at something i will choose my family

In life the family one comes from matters so much because it has either good or bad impact in lives, the familiy play major role in what we become in future

Most people are doing well today not because of their much struggle but because there was an already made wealth kept for them by their parents that made life smooth ,so if am giving a second chance I will like to originate from such a wealthy with good foundation family

You find out in life that many people could not achieve their main purpose in life because of family background, poverty family background has prevented several people from becoming what they are meant to be

Just like when I was growing up with my grandma who knew nothing about education, my life then was just involving within that sphere of life, as I was still in primary school that time, where I went to school any day I felt like, believing that life was all about go to farm, come back, eat and at the right time get married and start giving birth, my level of thinking then because it was what I saw then as my grandma and her fellow women discussed, not even how to move forward in life nothing of such, no good plan for the future, all they talk about is their little farm lands, how to plant harvest and eat

Thanks to my Aunt who came and took me out from that timid and backward thinking environment to an enlightened area though not still a bed of roses but totally different, here I started hearing people talk about going to school and making plans for future through their different struggles, and here I knew there is a better world after my grandma's world and before you know, gradually I began imitating the people of the better world to get my future a better meaning

Tell me what would have been my faith if I had remained there maybe one day my grandma would just give me out for marriage in the village at that age, it can even be to an old man, and my future would have ended there because already after my secondary school and I went to visit her, then she began asking me what was happening around my life, sure men have started coming, please do accept and bring one home for Marriage and I will laugh loud, then she said you don't need to laugh over it, you are growing into womanhood you need a man around you now as your husband, to avoid argument grandma don't worry I will bring him hehe it may sound funny but heee! You don't have to blame her that was all she saw as future

That's why I said if I have chance again I will choose that family that have already prepared for my coming, that enlightened, wealthy with good foundation family where my future is guaranteed and secured by my family, where they do everything possible to give me quality education and guidance for better future even when I want to go the wrong direction academically and others wise, they will redirect my thoughts and mind towards a better future

An opportunity to be born into such family will make me a greater person because I dreamed of whom I wanted to become but my people could not afford it but rather they gave me the one they could and am still grateful for and bless God, but if chance comes now I will choose my family
