I hope you all are well, I am also well, so first of all I will talk about myself, I myself do not know much about first aid, but this is not good for all of us, if we get basic knowledge about it, then we will be able to save the lives of many people in the beginning because many people around us are currently in depression, tension and that is why we see that heart attacks occur and here we have seen in many videos that if a doctor is sitting nearby, he saves the person very easily but we do not know these basic things.

Till now we have not tried to learn this or else till now we do not have this medical box at our house, only we have a Panadol tablet here which reduces the headache, the rest of us do not know anything but this is very wrong and if there is no doctor in our house, there is no such person who does not know anything about the medical field and medical things, then this thing then we have to do something ourselves.

The benefit of learning this is that if any member of our family has a problem in the future, we will immediately take the initial treatment. Today, there are rains in every city of Punjab and due to heavy rains, there has been flooding. If we are not able to provide first-aid care, it is a matter of danger for us because if there is an emergency and it is raining heavily outside, the ambulance will not be able to reach quickly. The life of that person who is sick in our house or we get cut with a knife or something like that and we do not know how to bandage it, then when that person loses a lot of blood, he will be very worried. Therefore, what I am saying here is that we all have to take care of everything and learn about it quickly so that everyone can benefit from what we have and no life is wasted because a person who becomes unconscious for any reason does not know what is going to happen to him next.

Some of my friends are doctors. Till now, I have not learned this from them either. If I had asked them, they would have definitely informed me about the initial things. But after seeing your post today, I am also realizing that this is something that a person should definitely have at home. Any emergency can happen at any time. And tomorrow I will try to go and get all such things from the market, which I will keep at home. They will be used in any emergency.

I will buy the first aid box from the market, which will have all the things in case of a difficult time. Because if someone's blood pressure gets low or sugar gets high, we keep these machines at our home to check it, but the first aid box is not kept, which is the most important.
