Our experience is from a few days ago because some of our friends had come back from another country to stay here for some time and they wanted to buy a house on the front. So we worked hard and talked to the property dealer and after wandering around for a long time, a big problem here is that first of all if we are buying anything on rent for some time then we should see every single thing about it ourselves because there should be no FIR against this house or the house should not have been used in such cases which are illegal.

If we do not see these things then in the future we will face many problems again. So here after looking for a long time we had selected a house which was old construction and not new because our friends had to stay with their family for some time and then go to another country again. So we met at a property dinner and one of them showed us this house which we liked a bit. People here do not realize at all that a house should be built in such a way that it has ventilation and is a peaceful place for the people living there.

People now only build the place to beautify it so that the place will look beautiful from the outside, so it will be rented out quickly and will also be sold. They are not taking care of the fact that the people who have to live here will have problems with many such things. Houses are being built more closed these days and ventilation is not being provided, so the people who come to the house, especially the elderly, face a lot of problems living in such a house.

So after seeing all these things here, we selected an old construction so that the ventilation system here is correct because our friend's parents are elderly. The property dealer here was just saying that you should buy it quickly, this house is very good and it is exactly as you had said you had demanded. He wanted to get this deal done quickly so that he could move forward and meet the people and then make other similar deals and then keep making profit. So we also came here after seeing this house. We liked it and the rents here are quite high at that time.

But when you like a house, then you have to pay the rent. So we had selected a house here. It was 10 marla and its rent was, I am telling you, it was an old construction, not new. So the rent for this 10 marla was about 250 dollars per month. So this dealer was in a hurry, due to which we could not check some things of the house first and we had checked some things, then the property dealer is given a commission here in such a way that when he makes a deal between two parties, if a house is being sold,

Then the property dealer takes one percent from both sides, meaning he gets a total of two percent profit from both sides. If he keeps making deals in this way, then he gets a good profit every month. But here I have to say that no person should ever make a deal by lying, at that time the profit is taken, but the people who bought that house or took that house on rent, their lives go into difficulties,

So the same thing happened to us, so here we had done the deal with him, no legal action was taken on the house, so that's why we had done the deal and had also given an advance here. It is said that before renting a house, a three-month advance rent is paid, without which houses are not available for rent here. And here, the rule is that when the owner gives the house on rent, he gets the house painted so that the new family can live in peace. And here, the same effort is made that whenever the house is given to someone who will take care of the house, we also had the same intention that we will take good care of this house and take care of everything.

Because this house was big, it was ten marla, so it was not that easy to manage it. So after the deal was done, we spent a whole week on shifting. After a week, when the shifting was completed, our friend's family shifted here. And on the very first day, a problem arose in this house, after which we had to change that house after a few days. So what was the problem that caused us to change this house in a few days? So here, I have to say that the sewage system in the old construction houses is not correct and here, their sewers, which were part of the inner house, are not if they were closed, it would be not only difficult but impossible to live in a place like this.

The smell would be very bad. The property dealer here had lied to us and we had not seen that many things at that time, so we had to face a lot of trouble. A week's hard work of shifting was wasted. There were so many problems there because his parents were elderly and then they had to find another house again after spending several days and then again after spending a whole week there, the shifting was done because the belongings are quite large and then if you shift in a house, there are many things that have to be bought so that you can live a good life. So we had to face a lot of problems and we learned the lesson that you should never trust any property dealer. They can do everything only for their own profit. So you should check everything yourself in advance. So we also made a mistake and had to face a lot of trouble.
