Life Without Basic Amenities Would Be Tough!
Honestly its the jingle bells season and one beautiful morning I wake up to no light, gas or electricity, what!!
Seriously I’m calling Santa as soon as possible because I wouldn’t mind him giving those back as Christmas gifts.
To be honest I would go totally go in a confuse state because whats a world without these basic amenities not for a day, a week but a whole one month, like we’re actually going back in time.

Its really going to affect not just me but my entirely family, and the worse is we have got little children at home, how do we even deal with that? We need electricity for light, we need it to pump water, we need it to charge our phones and other gadgets, okay what about gas? How do we cook our meals because it sure means that we have to use firewood all the time before we would be able to cook.
The hardest thing to lose right now for me should be water because water is live! How do we even survive without water, whats a day without water to drink, bath or even cook. To be honest I don’t even know how am going to survive the fact water is gone for a whole one month.
I can’t even think of an alternative to cook, whats cooking without water, or bathing without water, do we use fruit juice to bath or what?
I remember the first time I got into the university, it was a change of environment for me, the water in that community gave me boils all over my body back to back, I had typhoid consistently not to talk of not having water at all, I will honestly fall sick and won’t be able to adapt.

Okay if there’s no water available at least there should be wipes available right?? That should help a bit in wiping but still it cannot be thesame, I would totally miss all three of them, because I get to use firewood or charcoal to cook but then again how do I even cook when there is no water?
And electricity? We would be out of light for a whole one month, I can’t use my washing machine or charge my phone, I would definitely pass out sincerely!
This experience would only teach me about how our forefathers lived their lives back in the days and how tough it was for them. And one last thing this promt messed with my brain for a few seconds, I really can’t imagine life without any of these things (water, electricity and gas).
