Fallen trees - Entry contest #407 [ENG-ESP]

Each of those fallen branches lies on the ground without haste, as if the tree had decided to lower its gaze a little. However, those branches were cut because they were too large and could cause a lot of damage. They lie still in a pile waiting to be thrown away, breathing silently, pain and many years to reach that size, but now their end has come and they still hold a large number of green leaves that will wither away with the passing of the days.

Cada una de esas ramas caídas se extienden sobre el suelo sin prisa, como si el árbol hubiera decidido bajar un poco la mirada, sin embargo, esas ramas fueron cortadas por ser muy grandes y podían causar muchos daños. Están todos quietas en un montón para ser botadas, respiran en silencio, dolor y muchos años para tener ese tamaño, pero ya llegó su final y sostiene todavía una gran cantidad de hojas verdes que con el paso de los días se van a marchitar.

What is impressive about that moment is how the sun passes through each branch with great precision and creates irregular shadows, patterns that do not seek order and different sizes that create a play of shadows on the tiles, where each shadow becomes more important than the branch itself: as it changes, moves, and breaks apart with the passing of minutes, another shadow can be seen anywhere among that mass of green branches.

Lo impresionante de ese momento es como el sol atraviesa cada rama con una gran precisión y crea sombras irregulares, dibujos que no buscan orden y diferentes tamaños que crea un juego de sombra sobre las baldosas, donde cada sombra se vuelve más importante que la rama misma: ya que cambia, se mueve, se desarma con el paso de los minutos y nuevamente se puede presenciar otra sombra en cualquier parte de ese monto de ramas verdes.

This will be a spectacle for several days until they cut and throw away all those branches, when everything will change, since the branch is still there, but the shadow is already different. And in that simple interplay between light and leaves, everything seems to remind us that even the everyday has something to say. I also allow myself to capture unique shadows that will remain preserved in each of these photos that I am sharing with you for this week's contest.

Eso será un espectáculo durante varios días hasta que corten y boten todas esas ramas, donde todo cambiará, puesto que la rama sigue ahí, pero la sombra ya es otra. Y en ese juego simple entre luz y hojas, todo parece recordarnos que incluso lo cotidiano tiene algo que decir, además me permito capturar sombra única que quedarán guardas con cada una de estas fotos que les comparto para el concurso de esta semana.
