The Hive Pizza Monthly Contest January 2026 Edition

Hello everyone and welcome back to this month’s nomination! Crypto is not going through a great moment, so is Hive, let's try bring some positivity to a new user with a juicy delegation of 500HP.
Today I’d like to introduce you to a new user who joined Hive at the very end of 2025: @seedjournal, known as Saray Sumoza (real and verified user as Instragram is linked on the profile).

Saray is 22 years old and comes from San Juan de los Morros, in Guárico, Venezuela, which as we know is now heading into uncertainity after USA intervention. Reading her introduction you can really feel how deeply connected she is to her land and roots.

She graduated in Social Communication, a topic which is often picked by studends here too.

What struck me most in her introduction was the way she talks about her mother. You can clearly see that behind her academic journey there was sacrifice, support, and a strong figure guiding her. I always find it beautiful when someone openly acknowledges that kind of foundation, and also i really like when the family supports a member.

Beyond her degree, Saray is someone who finds refuge in different things: music, writing, drawing, walking, traveling, spending time with friends. She writes about coffee, emotions, personal growth.

I noticed she’s already posting about friendship, reflections and the “8-minute theory”, to sharing personal milestones, gym experiences and so on... a real personal blog.

She arrived here thanks to @graciadegenios, which again shows the importance of spread the word, explain Hive all around us, and I believe Hive can be a good space for her to freely write what she wants.

I’m recommending her because I see intention and the genuine desire to connect and interact with other people.
