It's simple: the typical Christmas dish in my country is the same for the whole year: roasted pork leg or the whole pig, rice and beans, yucca with mojito.
You can change the pork for a other roast animal (chicken, fish, turkey, lamb, and so on)

Please, if I may ask, where's your country?.
We mostly eat rice, stew and chicken or any other types of meat. Some goes as far as using fish. Just any kind of protein anyone can afford is ok, in my own country, Nigeria.
But during this winter holiday, we will be craving rice as if we had never tasted it before.😂😂,
I understand though, that's the spirit of Christmas 🎄 🎄 🎄, love and sharing.!!
