It needs to be corrected indeed. Rsepect us reciprocal but it hinges more on the younger ones to she the respect before the older should reciprocate. We need to revive that discipline because I feel the absence of it has somehow contributed to this. Not taking away the part of the older ones to respect themselves too because some are funny too. All these shouldn't be normalised.
