Crush 1,Me -0

Whenever I see teenagers do everything to impress their crush, it always gets me laughing out loud and remembering my teenage time. Something parents need to actually advise the teenager on their feelings.

There was this boy in my church those days in youth choir that I was crushing on, and I have always wanted to get his attention, but how do I even start when we are just friends? I try to attend every choir ministration that he will go to, even if I am having pain or cramps. At the thought of him being there, I was healed, funny, right?

He will always visit my house whenever he can; he was very handsome and dark with a killer smile. But I wasn't the only one that was crushing on him. The fact that he sees me as a sister always annoys me. One day we were having a discussion, and I asked him what kind of woman he liked.
He told me he likes women that smell good, dress hot, and always wear decent makeup.

I was busy taking notes, and he even went as far as to point at a girl wearing a short, off-shoulder gown. That's how I went to get the exact same gown the girl was wearing and did makeup. You all needed to see me; I was looking like a forbidden sacrifice. Because I wasn't used to all that.

Only for this guy to look at me and ask me if I am feeling fine and why I look like someone that is going for a rag day. He said, Please, I should go and clean my face and remove that gown that I was wearing, as it makes me look like an upcoming prostitute. There was a crowd there, and everybody was laughing at me, including him.

I felt like the ground should open and swallow me. He later apologized, but to date I never let him know that I dress like that because of him. I later found out that he actually doesn't really like people that dress like that, and he was just pulling my leg that day.
