I strutted across the room like I was on a runway. I even flicked my hair for extra effect. But just as I reached him, my heel caught on the edge of the carpet. I didn’t just stumble, I performed a full Olympic dive… into the snack table. The table shook, cups flew, and a whole plate of samosas decided to take a ride down my shirt. People gasped. Someone even shouted, “Jesus is Lord!” Tobi? He stood there frozen, holding his drink, watching me wrestle with chicken wings and puff-puff like I was auditioning for a cooking show...

• Did you ever try pricing down a product from about $100 to $5 and the trader agreed? Did the trader raise an alarm on your head when they did not agree?

• Have you ever gone to the market with your mom and she told you to haggle the price while she watched, and it turned out sour?

• What about the situation whereby you pulled up all your bargaining strength, bought an item that was initially $200 for $150, only to get home and find out that you were heavily cheated because the actual price was $80?
