Next executive order, even though the economists might regards to it as madness, but I would print so much money and make it circulate because tell me, a very hard working lady who is always carrying silently at the end of each month just because she is thinking of either to use her salary to go to work or buy food stuff. On this day, all the citizens even the babies will be counting money with a small note attached on it, "it is not much but it would get you things you need." Inflation can complain tomorrow...
