You're right to consider the expenses involved in starting a business, from buying or renting the space, to renovating it to suit your needs. Even though you won't be generating income quickly, the expenses will be there, and that's something you have to take into account.

Tienes razón al evaluar los gastos que implica iniciar un negocio, desde la compra o alquiler del espacio, además de restaurarlo para que se adapte a tu propuesta, y que aunque no estarás generando ingresos de manera rápida, los egresos su estarán alli al pendiente y es algo que tienes que tomar en consideración.
