Today, I'm bringing you some shadows of some plants located on the main avenue of El Roble, which is a busy street at different times of the day. In its surroundings, there are some very striking planters. I was particularly struck by this plant, which has such elongated, spiky leaves that they give the impression of being made of plastic or some other rigid material, yet they are quite soft to the touch.

Last week I published a post where this plant was involved, except for those leaves submerged in decorative vases. This time I took photos of the plants in their natural state, that is, planted like any small tree, shrub, or mica that flourishes in the immensity of the landscape.

These shadows date from today, specifically between 10 and 11 am, very close to my house. I went out to buy some groceries, and there were those tender and fresh shadows, eager for this servant to capture them with my curious and newly released cell phone lens.

Along with the aforementioned plant, there are also other shadows of other very nearby plants, displaying their sweet, taciturn, and beautiful shadows. I didn't hesitate to capture them and give them to you today, for the enjoyment of us shadow hunters.

The plant that predominates in these shadows is a tropical plant. It's called Sanseviera here in Venezuela, and more commonly by its popular names like "tiger tongue," "donkey ears," "tiger tail," or "serpentaria," and, as it's known scientifically, (Sanseviera Trifasciata) .

Hoy les traigo algunas sombras de plantas ubicadas en la avenida principal de El Roble, una calle muy transitada a diferentes horas del día. En sus alrededores, hay unas jardineras muy llamativas. Me llamó especialmente la atención esta planta, cuyas hojas tan alargadas y puntiagudas dan la impresión de ser de plástico o de algún otro material rígido, pero son bastante suaves al tacto.

La semana pasada publiqué una entrada donde aparecía esta planta, excepto por las hojas sumergidas en jarrones decorativos. En esta ocasión, tomé fotos de las plantas en su estado natural, es decir, plantadas como cualquier pequeño árbol, arbusto o mica que florece en la inmensidad del paisaje.

Estas sombras son de hoy, concretamente entre las 10 y las 11 de la mañana, muy cerca de mi casa. Salí a comprar algunas cosas, y allí estaban esas sombras tiernas y frescas, ansiosas de que este sirviente las capturara con el curioso lente de mi recién estrenado celular.

Junto con la planta mencionada, también hay otras sombras de otras plantas muy cercanas, que muestran sus dulces, taciturnos y hermosas sombras. No dudé en capturarlas y regalárselas hoy, para el disfrute de quienes buscamos sombras.
