1. “Look back, move forward”. We often reflect on what we have achieved; how will you use this knowledge to keep moving forward?

When I stop to reflect, I realise that I should not continue to worry about the past. I must leave it behind, but not hide it away where I cannot see it, because my past is what gives me the strength to keep looking forward.

After bitter experiences, we no longer want what hurts us

Forgetting has never been easy. It's not something that happens overnight. Everything takes time. Although we know we can't change our past, we can turn it to our advantage and learn from it, because after bitter experiences, we no longer want what hurts us.

For example, even though at some point I had the feeling that life was often angry with me while I was still thinking about yesterday, about what could have been and wasn't, that didn't let me move forward, in my case it helped me a lot to ask myself, "How long will I continue to cling to that? How long do I want to suffer for something that happened to me in the past?

I understood that it was time to let go of the past

So I faced those questions, because I understood that it was time to let go of the past, discarding those experiences, forgiving the pain I felt inside. Only then did I realise that I was moving forward, with a feeling of freedom, breathing deeply, knowing that I am full of energy, that I have the freedom to cry and to laugh.

Later, with time, I have stopped worrying about it, because I am now an experienced woman, much wiser, much smarter. No one will be able to change the way I am and the way I see life, because that is something that only belongs to me, I am in charge of my life.

Learning from the past

As long as I can look for things that make my life happy, like when I look at myself and see that I am another woman, with new but true illusions, that I am willing to take care of myself, because I am that imperfect person, I accept myself with my defects and my qualities, and every morning when I open my eyes, I think that even if I would have wanted other things, because many times we want everything, but the reality is that in life nobody has everything.

So my desire is to take care of myself, to take care of the love I can give myself, taking care of my body, my heart, and we know that's not for sale anywhere, because just as when we have achieved the triumph of overcoming everything we've been through, these have been experiences with lessons well learned.

While it's true that we all have a past, good or difficult, to remember, we all also have a future and hope, because it's in my hands to make the firm and courageous decision to rise up, to let go of the past, and cling to a glorious future, hand in hand with our Creator, with plans for good and not evil.

I believe that if the past is behind us, the future is mine, and I must seize it. I have learned that I shouldn't live off past glories, even good ones, because I believe that God has the best for us today, better than what I could have experienced yesterday.

2. Developing a solid foundation of technical skills can be crucial in life. What do you think about how technology can open doors to new opportunities that weren't available before? Do you use new technologies where you live? How have you incorporated technology into your daily routines?

Today, many challenges are coming to life, and there are still more to come, due to the speed at which the world is moving. That is why we must be prepared, or at least informed. Technology is more present in our daily routine than we imagine. Even without meaning to, this technology occupies places in our lives that have become indispensable to us.

For example, AI is present in our daily lives, from virtual assistants to social media and, closer to home, banking apps. All of this saves us from having to visit financial institutions every day. It may raise some concerns, but it is also a reality and has become a great ally in our daily lives.

Thanks to language processing, machines can interpret what is being communicated to them and respond in the same way a human would. Thanks to AI, it is possible to calculate more efficient routes, save driving time and improve safety. Just as vacuum cleaners do not require a human to operate, or refrigerators can tell us what we need to buy, and even know who ate my dessert or the ice cream I left in the fridge for later.

Personally, I use the internet every day, with content on Hive. I also have an online marketplace account, which helps me to buy and sell products easily, securely and efficiently. I also keep up to date with national and international news on social media.

I think that, in general, it is an advantage to have technology at our fingertips and we should make the most of it.

Después de las experiencias amargas ya no queremos lo que nos daña

Olvidar nunca ha sido fácil, no es algo que sucede de la noche a la mañana, todo tiene su tiempo, aunque sabemos que no podemos cambiar nuestro pasado, pero podemos darle la vuelta a nuestro favor y aprender de él, porque después de las experiencias amargas ya no queremos lo que nos daña.

Por ejemplo, aunque en algún momento haya tenido la sensación de que la vida muchas veces se ensaña conmigo mientras seguía pensando en el ayer, en lo que pudo haber sido y no lo fue, eso no me dejaba avanzar, en mi caso me ayudó mucho preguntarme a mí misma, ¿hasta cuándo seguiré aferrándome a eso? ¿Hasta cuándo quiero sufrir por algo que me sucedió en el pasado?

Entendí que ya era tiempo de soltar las amarras del pasado

Así que me enfrenté a esas preguntas, porque entendí que ya era tiempo de soltar las amarras del pasado, desechando esas vivencias, perdonando el daño que sentí en mi interior, solo así me di cuenta Que estaba saliendo adelante, con la sensación de sentirme libre, respirar hondo, saber que estoy llena de energía, que tengo la libertad para llorar y para reír.

Aprender del pasado

Mientras puedo buscar hacer cosas que alegren mi vida, así como cuando me miro y veo que soy otra mujer, con nuevas pero verdaderas ilusiones, qué estoy dispuesta a cuidarme, porque soy esa persona imperfecta, me acepto con mis defectos y mis cualidades, y cada mañana cuando abro mis ojos, pienso que aun cuando hubiese querido otras cosas, porque muchas veces queremos todo, pero la realidad es que en la vida nadie lo tiene todo.

Entonces mi deseo es cuidar de mi misma, del amor que me puedo dar, cuidando mi cuerpo, mi corazón, y sabemos eso no lo venden en ninguna parte, pues así como cuando se ha logrado el triunfo de superar todo lo que hemos pasado, han sido experiencias con lecciones bien aprendidas.

Si bien es cierto que todos tenemos un pasado, bueno o difícil para recordar, pero también todos tenemos un futuro y una esperanza, pues en mis manos está tomar la decisión firme y con valentía de levantarme, de soltar el pasado y aferrarme a un futuro glorioso, de la mano de nuestro creador, con planes de bien y no de mal.

Pienso que si el pasado queda atrás, el futuro es mío y debo aprovecharlo, he aprendido que no debo vivir de glorias pasadas, aunque sean buenas, porque pienso que Dios tiene hoy lo mejor para nosotros, mejor de lo que pude vivir ayer.

2. Desarrollar una base sólida de habilidades técnicas puede ser crucial en la vida. ¿Qué opinas sobre cómo la tecnología puede abrirte puertas a nuevas oportunidades que
antes no se ofrecían? ¿Utilizas las nuevas tecnologías en tu lugar de residencia? ¿Cómo has incorporado la tecnología a tus habilidades diarias?

Hoy día están tomando vida muchos desafíos y los que aún faltan por venir, debido a la velocidad en que se mueve el mundo, por ello debemos estar preparados o al menos informados. La tecnología está más presente en nuestra rutina diaria de lo que nos imaginamos. Hasta sin querer esta tecnología ocupa lugares de nuestra vida que se han hecho indispensables para nosotros.

Por ejemplo, la IA está presente en nuestro día a día, comenzando por los asistentes virtuales a las redes sociales y sin ir muy lejos, las aplicaciones del banco, todo ello nos evita el tener que visitar a diario las entidades financieras, nos puede llevar a despertar algunos miedos, pero también es una realidad y ha llegado a ser una gran aliada en nuestro día a día.

Gracias al procesamiento del lenguaje, las máquinas pueden interpretar lo que se les está comunicando y responder de la misma forma que lo haría un ser humano. Gracias a la IA es posible calcular rutas más eficientes, ahorrar tiempo de conducción y mejorar la seguridad. Así como las aspiradoras no requieren de un humano para funcionar o que los frigoríficos nos avisen de las compras que necesitamos y hasta saber quién se comió mi postre o el helado que dejé para después en la nevera.

También es posible contar con una gran cantidad de mejoras en el hogar que nos hacen la vida más fácil, pues recientemente compramos una lavadora secadora y el desarrollo de la tecnología ha conseguido que la programe para hacer el ciclo completo de lavado y secado o también sólo lavado, o el de solo secado, todo según como lo requiera.

Personalmente, uso internet a diario, con los contenidos en Hive, también tengo una cuenta de servicio de mercado online, la cual me ayuda para la negociación de compra y venta de productos, de una forma fácil, segura y eficiente. Además de estar al tanto de las noticias nacionales internacionales en las redes sociales.

Creo que en general es una ventaja tener la tecnología a nuestro alcance y la verdad es que debemos aprovecharla al máximo.
