Greetings, friends of the #LadiesofHive community! This week's edition invites us to reflect on the questions posed by our esteemed @sacra97. Here is my contribution:

1. Life is too short to worry too much: How do you like to start your mornings?

I think the way I wake up can influence the rest of my day, because the first attitude I adopt predisposes me to how I see things for the remainder of the day.

How I feel inside is how I will ultimately express it, and everything that happens during the day will be a reflection of that. If I let my thoughts focus on negative things, then I will most likely spend the day finding reasons to complain.

On the other hand, remembering happy moments will bring back memories of those beautiful experiences that filled my soul.

When I wake up, I like to find reasons to be grateful. Every day I have the opportunity to find things worth being thankful for. Feeling blessed when I look for those reasons that make me smile and can recognize them, things that make me express a broad smile that brightens my cheeks and at the same time awakens the skin and muscles of my face, is the attitude I try to maintain.

I give thanks to God for everything He has given me: joys, sorrows, I am grateful for everything because it all helped me grow as a person and now I live my life to the fullest. I enjoy my coffee, I enjoy all my work, the air I breathe, the arrival of the little birds and hummingbirds that come for their nectar in the mornings at my window, the smiles of my daughter, of my little nieces when they visit me or I visit them, the time we set aside to share with the family. I have learned to live in the moment and to be filled with gratitude to God for all the blessings He has given me.

2. We'd love to know what makes you laugh in your life. Can you tell us?

I think we often miss out on a lot of laughter because we don't laugh at ourselves.

We know that laughter is one of the qualities of human beings, and while it's true that we can't force it, unfortunately, we can stifle it by repressing it in ourselves and in our children.

Personally, I can see how funny I can be, and even if I take every work routine too seriously, the truth is that it's not without its anecdotes. If I look at them from my endearing perspective, seeing how funny I am in my own way, that's what nourishes me and encourages me to bring out that smile with the best that comes from within.

When I realize that a good laugh seems to be scarce lately, like a priceless treasure, and I ask myself, "How long has it been since I last laughed out loud?", I shouldn't distrust laughter, much less feel ashamed of it, especially in difficult times when I feel overwhelmed by certain circumstances. I can give myself the opportunity to smile as a remedy to cope with those situations.

So I think laughter is a state of the human body very similar to a dog wagging its tail, like when I was a child and my siblings and I would laugh and they would constantly repress us because it wasn't the time for games or jokes.

The truth is, today is a day where I've decided not to let laughter fade, not to be afraid to laugh alone, and it's these things that make me laugh in my life: laughing at myself and accepting that I blush when I laugh at others. If there's anything that makes me feel better, it's giving someone a smile. I make someone else feel good, it makes me look attractive, and it gives me an air of security and self-confidence. As I've told my daughter, of all the accessories, a smile is the most beautiful one you can wear.

Laughter is a true gift. When I smile, I'm giving away a little piece of myself, something I can only offer without asking for anything in return, and I know that all of that will come back to me selflessly. This gift can't be bought with all the money in the world.

Pienso que el modo en el que me despierto me puede influir al resto del día, porque desde la primera actitud que tome es la que me hará predisponer al modo en el que veré las cosas el resto del día.

Según cómo me sienta por dentro, así lo acabaré demostrando, y todo lo que suceda en el día será un reflejo de ello. Si dejo enfocar mis pensamientos en cosas negativas, entonces lo más probable es que me pase el día encontrando motivos para quejarme.
Por el contrario, recordar los momentos felices, me traerá a mi memoria escenas de esas bonitas vivencias que llenaron mi alma.

Al despertar me gusta procurar tener motivos para estar agradecida. Cada día tengo la oportunidad de encontrar cosas en el día por los que merezca la pena sentir agradecimiento. El sentirme bendecida, cuando busco esos motivos que me hagan sonreír y puedo reconocerlos, que me hagan expresar una pronunciada sonrisa que resalte mis mejillas y a la vez despierta la piel y músculos tensores de mi cara es la actitud que trato de mantener.

Dar gracias a Dios por todo lo que me ha dado: alegrías, tristezas, de todo le agradezco porque todo eso me ayudo a crecer como persona y ahora vivo mi vida plenamente, tomar mi café, disfruto de todo mi trabajo, del aire que respiro de la llegada de los pajaritos y colibríes que vienen por su néctar en las mañanas en mi ventana, de la sonrisas de mi hija, de mis sobrinas las chiquitas de la casa cuando me visitan o las visito, del tiempo que cuadramos para compartir con la familia, aprendí a vivir el momento y a empaparme de agradecimiento con Dios por todas las bendiciones que me ha dado.

2.Nos encantaría saber qué cosas te hacen reír en tu vida. ¿Puedes decirnos?

Creo que muchas veces nos podemos estar perdiendo muchas risas por no reírnos de nosotras mismas.

Sabemos que la risa es una de las cualidades del ser humano y aunque es cierto que no podemos forzarla, pero desafortunadamente podemos cortarla reprimiéndola en nosotras mismas y en nuestros hijos.

En particular, puedo ser capaz de ver qué divertida puedo ser, y aun si me tomo demasiado en serio cada rutina de trabajo, la verdad es que no está libre de anécdotas, que si las veo desde mi lado entrañable de lo divertida que soy en mi forma de ser, es lo que me nutre y me animo a sacar esa sonrisa con lo mejor que nace de mi interior.

Cuando me doy cuenta de que la buena risa parece que últimamente escasea, como un invaluable tesoro, y me pregunto: ¿Cuánto tiempo ha pasado desde que me reí por última vez a carcajadas?, pues no debo desconfiar de la risa, mucho menos sentir vergüenza de ella, en especial en momentos difíciles y donde he sentido que ciertas condiciones me abruman, puedo darme la oportunidad de sonreír como un remedio para sobrellevar esas situaciones.

Entonces creo que la risa es el estado del cuerpo humano muy parecido al del perro cuando mueve la cola, como cuando de niña me reía y junto a mis hermanos nos la reprimían constantemente, porque no era el momento de juegos o bromas.

La verdad es que hoy es un día donde decido no dejar que la risa se pierda, no tener miedo a reírme sola, y son esas cosas me hacen reír en mi vida: reírme de mí misma y aceptar que me ruborizo al reírme de los demás. Si hay algo que me hace sentir mejor es regalar una sonrisa, hago sentir bien a alguien más, me hace verme atractiva y me da un aire de seguridad y confianza en mí misma, así como se lo he dicho a mi hija, de todos los accesorios la sonrisa es el más bonito que puedes lucir.

La risa es un verdadero regalo, al sonreír estoy obsequiando un pedacito de mi interior, algo que sólo puedo entregarles sin pedir nada a cambio y sé que todo eso regresará a mí de manera desinteresada. Este regalo no puede adquirirse con todo el dinero del mundo.
