Greetings to everyone in the Daily Blog community! Today I'm joining you here to share with you what my first time experiencing the Valentinos Circus was like. A long-standing circus in Venezuela, with the Mexican family (the Fuentes brothers) of the Valentinos. A pleasant surprise, as I believe it's a dream come true to have had the opportunity to attend, even though I was so close by, I had never had the good fortune to attend one of their events. So join me.

For those who don't know, this circus was quite popular in Venezuela from the 1980s until approximately the first decade of the 21st century. So, going to the circus was practically a regular activity among families looking for entertainment for their children and themselves. Attracted by the charm and magic it offered, only one circus had to offer. Back then, things were a little different; for example, animals were part of the show. Nowadays, due to legal regulations regarding animals and the integrity of circus artists, it's difficult to find a circus that offers such events. Sure, there are, but they have to be very careful with it. It's understandable because although I love animals, I think the well-being of both them and the artists is more important.

So currently, the Valentinos Circus is in charge of putting on shows featuring jugglers, trapeze artists, clowns, human cannonballs, motorcycle acrobatics, and others. This seems to be standard in circuses because when I went to the Yonathan Circus, they also did these shows. In any case, each group of artists has their own strategies for these shows, and although they are similar, they always tend to be different on stage. On a different note, I attended on Saturday, the second-to-last day of their performances. I was somewhat lucky because they only put on two shows a day, at 5 and 7 p.m. What I didn't expect was that the attendance was quite high and the tickets sold out quickly, so at the public's request, they opened a new show at 9 p.m. There we were, waiting in line at the box office and to enter the event.

Finally, seeing the Valentinos show was quite beautiful. The preparation and professionalism of the circus artists was evident. Not satisfied with having performed two events in one day, they performed a third and performed quite well. It was enjoyable to see the little ones perform this series of acrobatics with complete serenity and beauty. The older artists performed the riskiest stunts, those that truly seemed to endanger their lives, causing the audience to cover their eyes more than once for fear of seeing the outcome. Of course, it's an event for all audiences, preferably children, so more appropriate moments were also included. At the end, the audience thanked the artists for putting on this last-minute show. Renato came out to say a few words about how much Venezuela has meant to them, some of whose youngest children are of Venezuelan nationality. I really enjoyed the event. I think it's important to attend at least once in your life. Without further ado, thank you so much for stopping by.
