I'm back here to participate in this interesting contest. I really enjoy answering the questions in the questionnaire, and it also allows me to get to know myself a little better, which is great because no matter how old we are, we're always in a process of self-discovery.
Me encuentro nuevamente por aquí para participar en este interesante concurso, me gusta mucho responder las preguntas del cuestionario y además me permite conocerme un poco más a mi misma, lo cuál está muy bien porque sin importar la edad que tengamos, siempre estaremos en un proceso de autodescubrimiento.

¡Las especias hacen que la vida y la comida sean interesantes! Si una especia pudiera describirte a ti y a tu personalidad, ¿Cuál sería y por qué?
This is a question that I would never have asked myself in my life 😄, but now that I think about it more carefully I think I would be saffron, because this species gives a very pretty color to foods, and modesty aside I like to bring life and color wherever I go, I like to make my presence known but not out of vanity, but because I like to make a good impression and for people to always remember me for being someone happy and spontaneous, also something very curious happens and that is that there is a brand of condiments that has my name, it is called Carmencita, the diminutive of Carmen, and here in my country, Venezuela, there is a powdered condiment made from saffron, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper that they call Carmencita 😃
Esta es una pregunta que jamás me hubiese planteado en la vida 😄, pero ahora que lo pienso con más detenimiento creo que yo sería el azafrán, porque esta especie le da un color muy bonito a las comidas, y modestia aparte a mi me gusta llevar vida y color a cualquier lado donde voy, me gusta hacer notar mi presencia pero no por vanidad, sino porque me gusta dar una buena impresión y que la gente siempre me recuerde por ser alguien alegre y espontaneo, además sucede algo muy curioso y es que existe una marca de condimentos que tiene mi nombre, se llama Carmencita, el diminutivo de Carmen, y aquí en mi país, Venezuela, Hay un condimento en polvo a base de azafrán, ajo, sal, pimienta y pimiento rojo al que le llaman Carmencita 😃

Si vives en el hemisferio norte, ¿qué es lo que más anhelas del otoño? Si vives en el hemisferio sur, ¿qué es lo que más anhelas de la primavera? Si vives en el hemisferio medio, ¿Qué es lo que más anhelas de esta temporada?
This is a difficult question to answer for someone like me who lives in Venezuela, in the north of South America. Here we don't have seasons like in other countries, just a rainy season and a dry season. However, throughout the country's geography you can find a little bit of everything, and that includes the climates: we have deserts, beaches, mountains, and even snow in the Andes, but we never go through all the seasons, much less here in my city (in the center of the country), and it's something I would like to experience at least once in my life. So, something I long to see is snow, which I've never seen in my life.
Esta es una pregunta difícil de responder para alguien como yo que vive en Venezuela, al norte de Sur América, aquí nosotros no tenemos estaciones como en los demás países, solo una temporada de lluvia y otra de sequía, sin embargo a lo largo de toda la geografía del país se puede encontrar de todo un poco y eso incluye los climas: tenemos desiertos, playas, montañas e incluso nieve en la zona de los Andes, pero nunca pasamos por todas las estaciones, mucho menos aquí en mi ciudad (en el centro del país) y es algo que me gustaría experimentar al menos una vez en la vida, así que algo que anhelo ver es la nieve, la cuál no he visto jamás en mi vida.
