Greetings, dear ladies of Hive, I hope you're all doing well 🤗🌹

Since I was very little, my dream has always been to have my own business. That dream was what drove me to take several courses related to aesthetics, including makeup and cosmetology. I truly believed that was my passion, but in the end, after a few failed attempts and clumsiness on my part, I never managed to achieve anything. At that moment, I saw it as a true failure.

If you had the opportunity, what type of business would you like to establish and why?
Years have passed and to my pleasant surprise I discovered that what I really liked was the gastronomic part. It was very curious to realize that I love making sweets and if they are baked even more, that The smell that a chocolate cake gives off when baking is priceless. Ummm, it's fascinating every time I make a different dessert and see that it's delicious and looks good, I feel proud and satisfied.

For the sake of my health, I've had to learn to make healthier desserts than classic sweets, and I would love for my business to be a small, cozy place with very comfortable seating where people feel well attended to and can savor a delicious, healthy dessert that they don't feel guilty about eating. Hahaha 😊 Of course, that dessert has to be accompanied by a good companion—coffee, maybe hot or cold chocolate, and maybe a delicious tea.

Yes, I would love for many people to be able to eat something and feel confident that it won't harm them, since not everyone can tolerate refined flours and chemical sweeteners. That's why my desserts would contain natural ingredients specially made so that most customers can enjoy them.

You know, I'm writing this and imagining what my business will look like. 😳 Well, my dear friends, the sun will set and we'll see. For now, I'm making some sweets at home, and so far, the orders have been purely traditional. However, the customers have been satisfied, and that's a very good sign. 👌 I'll keep going and see how far I can go, always with perseverance and discipline.

Desde muy pequeña mi sueño siempre ha sido tener mi propio negocio, ese sueño fue lo que me empujó a hacer varios cursos relacionados con la estética, entre ellos, el maquillaje y la cosmetología, realmente pensaba que esa era mi pasión, pero al final y después de algunos intentos fallidos y de torpezas de mi parte nunca llegué a concretar nada con respecto a esto, en ese momento lo vi como un verdadero fracaso.

¿Si tuvieras la oportunidad, que tipo de negocio te gustaría establecer y por qué?
Han pasado años y para mi grata sorpresa descubrí que lo que realmente me gustaba era la parte gastronómica, fue muy curioso darme cuenta que me encanta hacer dulces y si son horneados más aún, ese olor que desprende una torta de chocolate al hornearse no tiene precio, ummmm es fascinante cada vez que hago un postre diferente y veo que queda delicioso y con buena pinta me siento orgullosa y satisfecha.

Por cuidar la salud he tenido que aprender a hacer dulces más saludables que los dulces clásicos, y me encantaría que mi negocio fuese un lugar pequeño y acogedor, con asientos muy cómodos en donde las personas se sientan bien atendidas y puedan saborear un delicioso Postre saludable en donde no sientan ninguna culpa al comerlo jajajaja 😊 por supuesto ese dulce tiene que tener un buen acompañante, café, puede ser, Chocolate caliente o frío y tal vez un delicioso té.

Si, me encantaría que muchas personas puedan comer algo y que se sientan seguras que eso no les hará daño, pues no todos toleran las Harinas refinadas y los endulzantes químicos, por eso mis dulces llevarían ingredientes naturales hechos especialmente para que la mayoría de los clientes lo puedan disfrutar.

Saben estoy escribiendo y me estoy imaginando como se va a ver mi negocio 😳 bueno mis queridas amigas, amanecerá y veremos, por los momentos estoy haciendo algunos dulces en casa y hasta ahora los encargos han sido puro dulces tradicionales, eso sí, los clientes han quedado satisfechos y eso es muy buena señal 👌 seguiré adelante y ya veré hasta donde voy a llegar siempre con perseverancia y disciplina.
