Habits that motivate me 💎
Surely all of us are aware of the importance of staying motivated, but perhaps few of us have thought of a kind of strategy in order to feed our motivation. Is it necessary to do something like this? In my opinion, yes, because if we look at the world around us, we will realize that there are more things that can discourage or demotivate us than things that can contribute to our growth. In this aspect, I have found certain practices that I consider simple and very effective, since after that my motivation has been well renewed.

The first thing I can mention is music, and I think many people feel the same way I do. Music is like that balm that reanimates the soul, keeping away any feeling of unhappiness or demotivation. When I feel overwhelmed, I just start listening to music, and track after track I feel so good that suddenly I also start singing with great emotion. I can spend more than an hour enjoying many songs without fear of getting annoyed or bored. Sometimes the songs themselves make me reflect on what's in each lyric and each story that is detailed with a singular melody, and this in turn helps me develop my ability to create content.
But it's not always about music, sometimes a little more contact with exercise and nature is necessary. That's why I try to go for a walk or jog and enjoy what the landscape can also give me. Sometimes I stop, and whether it is to contemplate the trees or the mountains, the truth is that in this accumulation of ideas I start to feel very good. This has been excellent for me since many of my publications are focused on highlighting the beauty that nature itself offers us. This causes me great satisfaction, and I assimilate it as a response to what I am able to enjoy on each walk.

Perhaps the strangest and most illogical thing that fuels my motivation is when I observe certain animals quite closely - I even talk to them even though I get no response! But that's how my curiosity and my creativity also align to find my motivation to write. It is not by chance that in many of my writings I make reference to nature and animals, because in them I find a very pleasant inspiration that helps me to sustain myself and keep going, especially on those days when I am not feeling very well.
Thinking about a plan or a strategy for our motivation is a very necessary habit. I even dare to say that it is something that we should not leave to chance or that only happens in isolation, as this could even lead us to lose the balance point of life itself. That's why I always find in music, nature and animals a source of joy and inspiration that keep my motivation afloat.
