My participation in the Reflection Hunters Contest - #SMARP round #254: Finding reflections while putting away Christmas at home [Eng/Esp]

A big hello to the esteemed Shadow Hunters community! We're about to start the weekend and before leaving on my trip I didn't want to miss participating in this week's #SMARP round #254. This week, my nephew and I have been taking down the Christmas decorations, something we usually do a few days after Three Kings Day. Because of everything that's happened in Venezuela, we've only just now found the time.

The kitchen was the area that took the longest to remove, with all the decorations my mother puts up on everything from the refrigerator and stove to the shelves and walls. In the case of the kitchen and the shelves, I had to climb onto the countertop to remove the decorations, and while I was handing them to my nephew, I got this view of one of the shelves at the top of the kitchen counter that had reflective windows, giving me this great reflection of my window and my plants. I took out my phone and captured this couple of photos that captured this reflection of a day of chores at home.

I'd always wanted to find the ideal angle to photograph the plants on my balcony, and it was a pleasant surprise to find it through a reflection. In fact, you can see in the reflection that I have a huge amount of junk that I should definitely get rid of to clear that space and not only have a better view, but also let more light and air into the kitchen. I think this will be a task I'll dedicate myself to soon: a deep clean of the kitchen. Thanks to this reflection, I've found the motivation to do it.

I enjoyed the entire process of capturing this reflection, from the way I achieved it to the crystal-clear image it gave me of my cluttered kitchen! I take great care of my plants so they always look green and healthy, but with so many things cluttering up that space, I couldn't really appreciate it. I actually have a couple of orchids there that usually bloom in the first half of the year, and I'd love to be able to see them in full bloom. I hope that when my plants flower, I can capture them in a reflection and share it with you in a future #SMARP post, friends. Un gran saludos apreciada comunidad de Shadow Hunters ya estamos por empezar el fin de semana y antes de salir de viaje no quise dejar de participar en el #SMARP round #254 de esta semana. Todos estos días lo he pasado en casa cuidando de mi sobrino y mi madre, esta semana particularmente me dediqué con mi sobrino a retirar los adornos navideños de la casa, es algo que solemos hacer unos dias después del día de reyes magos y por todas las circunstancias que han sucedido en Venezuela solo ahora es que hemos podido encontrar el tiempo para hacer esto.

La cocina fue la parte que más tiempo nos llevo en quitar todos los adornos que mi madre coloca desde la nevera, la cocina, los estantes y las pareces. En el caso de la cocina y los estantes tuve que montarme en el mesón del tope de la cocina para quitar los adornos y mientras se los estaba pasando a mi sobrino, tuve esta perspectiva de uno de los estantes en la parte superior de la cocina que tenía ventanas reflectantes y me dio este genial reflejo de mi ventana y mis plantas. Tomé mi móvil y capturé este par de fotos que capturaban este reflejo de un día de oficios en casa.

Siempre había querido buscar un ángulo ideal para capturar las plantas de mi balcón y fue una grata sorpresa conseguirla a través de un reflejo. De hecho en el mismo reflejo lo puedes ver tengo una enorme cantidad de cachivaches que debería botar definitivamente de la casa para despejar ese espacio y no solo tener una mejor vista, sino que también pueda entrar más iluminación y aire a la cocina. Creo que esta será una tarea a la que próximamente me dedicaré, una limpieza profunda de la cocina y gracias a este reflejo he conseguido la motivación para hacerlo.

Disfruté todo el proceso que involucro este reflejo, desde la forma en la que la conseguí como la imagen tan clara que me dio de mi desordenada cocina! Cuido mucho a mis plantas y la razón es para que siempre luzcan siempre verdes y saludable pero con tantas cosas que he colocado en ese espacio no podía apreciarlo, de hecho tengo un par de orquídeas alli y que sueles florecer en el primer semestre del año y me gustaría poder apreciarlas al momento de florecer. Espero que cuando el momento que mis plantas florezcan poder capturarlas en un reflejo y compartírselas en un futuro #SMARP amigos.
