My participation in the Reflection Hunters Contest - #SMARP round #251: A reflection trapped inside another reflection [Eng/Esp]

Hello again, friends of Shadow Hunters! Today, with our participation in the SMARP contest round#251, I was hunting for reflections during Christmas shopping this weekend at one of the largest shopping centers in downtown Caracas. I had several things to do, and one of the most complicated was for my nephew, since his birthday is on December 19th, so he needs two gifts: his birthday present and his Christmas present on December 25th. So, while I was looking for gifts that would make him happy, I took the time to look for some reflections alluding to these festive days.

I had already posted my first Christmas reflections the first week of November, but it's this week, just a few days before the 24th, that you can really feel that unique Christmas atmosphere, and I had no trouble finding a reflection that captured that feeling. That's how I got this reflection while looking at the latest mobile phone models, in a display case with a Christmas tree that also had reflective ornaments.

I then had two reflections: the one generated by the shop window as people walked by, and then the same reflection miniaturized in the Christmas tree ornaments. I found it very curious since it seemed like a reflection contained within another reflection. Perhaps if I had brought my Sony Cybershot camera, I would have been able to see the small reflections more clearly. Maybe next week I'll try again with a different reflection.

Well, friends, this was my entry for this week's SMARP contest. These have been quite peaceful days, and I've been able to enjoy them a lot. In past years, time seemed to pass so quickly that I felt I didn't enjoy them enough. Next week I promise to bring you what will be the last SMARP of the year. Hola de nuevo amigos de Shadow Hunters! Hoy con nuestra participación en el concurso SMARP round#251 estuve cazando reflejos durante las compras navideñas este fin de semana en uno de los centros comerciales más grandes del centro de Caracas, tenía varios pendientes por hacer y uno de los más complicados era el de mi sobrino pues cumple años el 19 de diciembre asi que le toca doble regalo: los de su cumpleñaos y el de navidad el 25 de diciembre, así que mientras buscaba esos regalos que le hicieran ilusión me tomé el tiempo de ir buscando algún reflejo alegórico a estos días festivos.

Ya había publicado mis primeros reflejos navideños la primera semana de noviembre pero es en esta semana, a pocos días del 24 que se siente ese ambiente único de la navidad y no tuve problemas para conseguir un reflejo que atrapara ese sentimiento. Fue así como conseguí este reflejo mientras veía los modelos más recientes de teléfonos móviles, una vitrina con un árbol de navidad que tenía adornos igualmente reflectantes.

Tenía entonces 2 reflejos, el que generaba la vitrina de las personas caminando y luego el mismo reflejo miniaturizado en los ornamentos del árbol de navidad, me pareció muy curioso ya que parecía un reflejo contenido en otro reflejo, quizás si hubiera llevado mi cámara Sony Cybershot habría sido posible ver con mayor nitidez los pequeños reflejos quizás para la otra semana lo intente pero con otro reflejo.

Bien amigos esta fue mi participación en el concurso SMARP de esta semana, han sido días bastante tranquilos y los he podido disfrutar bastante, los años pasados el tiempo me parecía que transcurría tan rápido que sentía que no los disfruté lo suficiente. La próxima semana prometo traerles lo que será el último SMARP del año, por lo pronto les deseo feliz navidad y que disfruten de una acogedora celebración en familia. Saludos!
