There is far more land available, then we, with 8 billion people, could ever use. That we have walled off everywhere in "first world countries" And then we made it illegal to be homeless.
However, that is the only state that can exist in the structure known as "Real Estate".
Real Estate - definition
Real Estate is a Spanish word.
Real = King
Estate = Estate.
So, it is the King's Estate.
All of it. The peasants, on the estate, are the king's property.
The livestock and wildlife on the estate, are the king's property.
There was only one, really big thing, the king had to let the peasants live, and have a house. Well, he could kill them all, but that would be bad for business. And houses were built where there was room.

Today, in most first world countries, people were give deeds to the land that they were living on. All these families were given a piece of "real estate", however, the king actually continued to have ownership. If you did not pay your taxes, the land would revert to the king (or state).
Now, you could no longer build houses were they were needed.
You had to buy out the person who came before you. And if you could not afford the next ratchet up in price, well then, you were out of luck.

Have you ever noticed that there are large areas without houses? That is because someone owns all those large areas. And, unless they get purchased by developers, who goes and divides up the mile square plots, then there is nothing for little people to buy.
Much of this land is owned by the actual crown, or the Vatican. And they have no need to sell it, or even make it productive.
So, the little people have to go buy a small parcel. And they have already been bot. So you have to convince the previous person to sell. And, most don't want to sell, and the ones who do, want to make something for their time. Thus the price goes higher and higher.
Add to this, banksters making money out of nothing, and the price goes higher and higher without much limit.
Thus, our system will always leave people homeless. This is not capitalism, this is knowingly setting up an exclusionary practice over a need that people have for living.
If food is scarce, you can charge whatever the people, who are hungry, can afford. And this is considered a bad, and immoral practice. (often illegal)
But, we have a state sanctioned system that is in every way the same, except it doesn't kill people as fast.
People can no longer afford the mortgages to buy out the boomers. And this was a mathematical certainty.
Yes, the banksters planned this, operated it, created the courts/statutes to enforce it, and bribed the school system to never teach the kids math that would show them that this was all a scam. A scam that killed people or put them out on the street.
People are going to realize this soon, so the banks are going to fail, and the banksters are going to be running for their lives, as people hunt them down, and dig them out of their bunkers for knowingly destroying people's lives.

You're right, of course. However, the Constitution provided that Americans are sovereign. There is no crown in America. This means that property taxes have been unlawfully imposed, and land patents remain potential if folks do the work to ferret them out. At some point fee simple deeds were imposed that replaced allodial title, and by complete discovery of chain of title the original allodial land patents become restorable.
This isn't cheap, and won't be unopposed, but in almost every state in America it can be done.

The allodial title usually ends up being… you buy a bond to pay for the property tax.
So, you are just paying the property tax up front.
I feel, at this time, i would wait for the monetary collapse and for the govern-cement change.

How about this for an instance? Property values go down, and then you sit on the city to revalue your house on the taxes. 10% of $0 will mean the abolition of property tax. :-D
That is absolutely not allodial title. An allod has no higher authority to whom they owe allegiance. All Americans under the Constitution are regarded as absolute sovereigns, like the kings and queens that were then the rulers of the monarchies of the world, whom Americans had just successfully defeated in war and revolution.

That, basically, it cost them a bond, the amount of which is the same as pre-paying the property taxes for years.
If they paid property tax, they do not hold allodial title.
They paid the county/city for the allodial title.
