The delisting of Monero has been talked about so much over the years. Crazy it finally happened.
I know a lot of people are stressed out about the housing market but as it unravels more it will usually drop to a level that would historically be undervalued. We are so far from that in most markets.
It really just depends where people want to live in the next 5 years.

Yes, in most markets, the price of housing is WAY over what people can afford.
When in places where people talk about choosing to pay rent or buy food, i often wonder if we are going to see a national walk out on mortgages. No one pays the banks anymore. 300 million foreclosure cases…
Well, this will only be good if people are willing to defend their house from police and the banks.
It is what the banksters deserve for their money games. However, done wrong, it is playing right into their hands. The banksters want to own all the real estate and rent it forever.
