The Contest
Pick 3 golfers. Combined odds must hit 90/1 or longer. Lowest total score after 72 holes wins.
Simple rules. Brutal consequences.
- Prize pool: 10,000 MEDALS (sponsor-funded, free entry)
- Payout: 6,000 / 2,500 / 1,500 MEDALS for 1st / 2nd / 3rd
- Penalty: +5 per missed round if your golfer gets cut
- Tiebreaker: closest guess to the actual winning score

The Story So Far
Round 1 — Rory sets the tone
Sam Burns and Rory McIlroy open with matching 67s. The field is bunched. Six entries pick Jon Rahm at 12/1. All six live to regret it — Rahm shoots a miserable +6 and drags them straight to the bottom.
@jmehta leads the pack at -8 with a sharp value play on Reed, Schauffele, and Day.
Round 2 — McIlroy goes nuclear
Rory drops a second-round masterclass. -12 overall. The whole contest re-shapes around him.
@blanchy surges to the top at -18. McIlroy is the cheat code. Lowry is mashing. Fitzpatrick is quietly solid. Six-shot lead over the field.
@rajpootg is the R2 mover — Fleetwood, Morikawa, and Matsuyama all catch fire, vaulting them into the top 5.
Round 3 — The chasers charge
Cameron Young rips up Augusta. Co-leads the real tournament at -11.
@mondoshawan — the only entry with C. Young — rockets up the board into T4 with a 11-shot Saturday. That's the biggest single-round swing in the contest.
@valentin86 closes the gap on blanchy. The Scheffler + McIlroy combo is doing everything. One sleeper (Im) away from stealing this.
@blanchy (me) holds the lead at -23. Three shots clear.
The Busts
Not everyone can be @blanchy.
- Jon Rahm (+6 after R3 for most picks): The 12/1 "value" play turned into a wrecking ball. Six entries picked him. Five of them are ranked 11 or worse.
- Robert MacIntyre: Four picks, zero return. The darling of the Europeans-picking-Europeans strategy.
- Jordan Spieth: Two picks. Both in the bottom half. The "he always finds magic at Augusta" thesis didn't land.
@danideuder is dead last at +11 with the full Rahm / MacIntyre / Spieth triple-bust. Respectfully: rough.

I like how there's quite a bit of variation in the picks so a good day for 1 golfer, bad day for another could see some big changes to the leaderboard.

Yes,😊 i understand what you're saying, but on Sportsblock it already shows me the final position — 5th place. From there i won't get down, even if you ask me nicely. By the way, i think there's a problem with the community interface: after i press Login, it redirects me straight to Home without logging me in. It worked on Chrome at first, but after a while it started doing the same thing as on Edge.
