I love black-#248

The most common color in my wardrobe is definitely black and honestly, it wasn’t something I planned It just happened over time.

Recently I was washing my clothes, and it hit me that almost everything I own is black, black tops, black jeans and cooperate trousers, black dresses, even black shoes and bags. I laughed because I never told myself, “Let me start wearing only black.” But somehow, it became my go to color.

I think I started choosing black because it’s simple and safe, It goes with everything, and you don’t need to think too hard about how to mix it with other colors. You can wear black to a serious event, or just wear it when you're chilling at home, It hides stains and you can never go wrong with it.

Sometimes when I go to the market or check things online, I’ll see clothes in different bright colors like yellow, pink, green all having yhis girly taste but guess what I always end up picking? Black. Even if I try to convince myself to choose another color, my heart still goes for the black one, It’s almost funny at this point.

I also feel like black fits my mood most of the time, I’m not someone who likes attention too much, I like being calm and lowkey, and I think black helps me feel that way. It’s like a little comfort zone in my closet.

If you opened my wardrobe right now, you’d see a couple of plain black T-shirts, long black gown I wear for events, black jeans that are always in rotation,a black hoodie I wear almost every week because of the change in weather, i also have some black scarves and sneakers.

At this point, it’s clear black makes life easier, and it makes me feel good.I would like to add more colors someday but black will always be the color I trust the most.
