1️⃣ Do you prefer working from home or going to the office? Why?
1️⃣ ¿Prefieres trabajar desde casa o ir a la oficina? ¿Por qué?
Answering this question is a bit difficult for me, since I don't usually work in offices, because not all jobs are like that. In my case, I'm a pastry chef and I've almost always worked in restaurants and bakeries, although currently, due to circumstances, I work as a nanny for a baby 🤗. However, while I don't complain about my job because I like it and I'm doing very well, the only thing I don't like is my schedule. I work more than twelve hours, sometimes fourteen, and I only have one day off a week, which I have to use for errands. So, in this sense, if I could do any job from home that paid enough to cover my expenses and allow me to save, I wouldn't think twice and I would prefer it. I believe that when you work from home you have more flexibility to adjust your schedule as you see fit, you can rest more and therefore perform better at work, without the stress of traffic and other setbacks.
Responder esta pregunta para mi es un poco difícil, ya que no suelo trabajar en oficinas, porque no todos los trabajos son de este tipo. En mi caso soy Chef pastelera y casi siempre he trabajado en restaurantes y pastelerías, aunque actualmente por asuntos del destino, trabajo como niñera de un bebé 🤗, sin embargo y aunque no me quejo de mi trabajo porque me gusta y me va muy bien, el único detalle que no me gusta es mi horario, ya que trabajo más de doce horas, a veces catorce y solo tengo un día libre a la semana, el cuál debo usar para hacer diligencias, así que en este sentido, si yo pudiera hacer cualquier trabajo desde casa en el cuál devengara suficiente dinero para mis gastos y poder ahorrar, no lo pensaría dos veces y lo preferiría, ya que considero que cuando trabajas desde casa tienes más posibilidades de ajustar tus tiempos como mejor te convenga, puedes descansar más y por ende rendir mejor en el trabajo, sin el estrés del tráfico para llegar al trabajo y sin contratiempos.

2️⃣ ¿Crees que trabajar desde casa mejorará el equilibrio entre vida personal y laboral? ¿Cómo?
I think working from home is beneficial for the reasons I mentioned in the previous paragraph. It allows you to adjust your schedule as needed and avoid the stress of simply commuting from point A to point B in a chaotic city. The problem, in any case, in a country like Venezuela, is the constant power outages 😕 But I think that, for example, working from home would be good for mothers because it would allow them to balance it with their role as mothers and/or homemakers, watch their children grow, and be more involved in their affairs. Working from home would allow you to customize your environment to your liking and work at your own pace, so I believe this would obviously create a better balance between your personal and professional life.
Pienso que trabajar desde casa es beneficioso por lo que dije en el párrafo anterior, te permite ajustar tus tiempos a conveniencia y evitar el estrés que requiere el simple hecho de trasladarse desde un punto A a un punto B en una ciudad caótica, el problema en todo caso en un país como Venezuela, son los constantes apagones 😕 Pero pienso que por ejemplo a las mujeres que son madres les vendría bien un trabajo desde casa porque les permitiría alternarlo con su labor como madre y/o ama de casa, ver crecer a sus hijos, involucrarse en sus asuntos con mayor diligencia. Trabajar desde casa te permitiría adecuar el entorno a tu antojo e ir a tu propio ritmo, así que considero que esto obviamente generaría un equilibrio entre tu vida personal y laboral.

Working from home is good especially if you can curtail distractions and if you have friends, you let thwm know that you're working from home and will not welcome any visit till a certain time per say. I think, that would also help.

I used to work the hours you do on the same type of schedule with one day off. You are almost too exhausted to even run those errands that need doing!
I hope that you get the opportunity to work as a job with less hours and more free time than you have for now. Even if you love the job, you can't get the time back.
